Loved the stadium and Xochimilco, Leslie was our tour guide. Dinner at the end of a long day was terrible, cold spaghetti and a few flavorless chicken wings, melted ice cream.

We were shocked at the beginning asthe company wasnot making Frida Kahlo tour anymore and the Azteca stadium was closed.We were unhappy as not been informed before.This is a big mistake and no good.But the efforts of the guide Joshue we accepted the options and enjoyed it a lot.

Where to begin with the disappointment of this tour we weren't told in advance that we wouldn't be visiting the Frida Kahlo museum until we were already on the tour and the guide said it had been taken off the itinerary 4-6 weeks prior. This was the one thing I wanted to see on my trip and I couldn't see it because I was leaving the following morning after this tour and tickets were sold out for Frida because we looked at leaving the tour and getting an Uber instead. Fortunately I speak English and Spanish and the tour guide translations were horrible it was two completely different accounts I felt bad for the English speakers they got a bunch of wrong information. Than to end the mess we didn't stop for lunch until 330pm after starting at 8am. We were not given time to look at the artisans nor to eat until the last stop. We were over it, just Uber to these locations its cheaper than this tour.
This tour and company is a sham

Highlight of the tour: it’s a toss up betweeen waiting outside at the pick up location for 1 hour with no one arriving, and calling the help # and only receiving a pre-recorded voicemail. Zero help. I was down in Mexico City for a quick weekend reunion with friends I hadn’t seen in a while and we had one full day in town. This tour sounded fantastic and had everything we wanted to see - so we booked it. When booking, it asked for our hotel and indicated hotel pick-up was available. Perfect! Woke up excited for the day and stood outside for an hour (starting 10 minutes before designated arrival to 50 minutes after). We tried calling the “”call this number for tour specific questions” and received a pre recorded voicemail. The hotel concierge found the actual number for the tour company and after 14 minutes on various holds, we were told the tour company had no tour for us. Fun fact, we have a confirmation email from the tour company, and Viator sent this feedback form because, like us, they were under the impression this tour company would follow through on their obligations. Given that I was pre-charged for this sham, at minimum I am requesting a full refund.
