Victor our guide and driver was fantastic very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful pickup from Miami port after a cruise our back wasn’t until later that evening a great way to spend the extra time in Miami
After Cruise Tour of Miami

There were 12 of us who had a later flight after our cruise and we thought that a tour of Miami would be a better way to spend our time then wait at the airport for our . Our tour guide called us prior to disembarking to confirm that he would be there when we got off the ship and told us where he would pick us up. Firat was our driver and tour guide and he was very, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He explained the history of the areas we visited and he suggested a nice Cuban restaurant to have lunch in rhe Little Havana neighborhood. All of us were very happy with Firar and the service he provided.

Driver was not at the appointed pick up place at appointed time. After contacting the main office driver arrived in agitated state and after initially putting luggage in trunk decided he no longer would do tour threw luggage luggage on pavement and drove off.

A personal trip catered for excellently by our chauffeur Firout, he took us everwhere we wanted to go and more, knowledgeable, personable and prepared to wait whilst we exploredon foot. This trip was made at the end of our cruise, we were picked up at the cruise terminal, and dropped at the airport for our flight home, trendous service, fantastic tour.

We was mislead we thought it was a boat tour we will never book with your company again nor will we tell anybody to go through aviator y’all are a scam

Hello Johnie if you don,t read what your booking you can not just say that what I thought. no need to think anything it says clearly after the cruise city tour. it does not say boat tour its does not say free dinner even we call you the day before explain what it's even you show attitude you already know what it is ​ we sent you 100.000 USD worth of vehicle it's brand new with the one the best tour guide in Miami even so you just miss thereat the guy demanding I want this I want that the money you paid goes to Viator 30 percent they just cut we received 200 USD with that you can't even take uber for 5 hours in Miami all problem start from you without reading buy the tour blaming others now 1 star rating those tours are private not for everyone
