My wife and I went on the tour on February 13. We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 hour tour: sampling Cuban cuisine including lunch sandwich, coffees, pastries, and ice cream. We toured a Cuban. Cigar-making establishment, a night club / art museum, and a neighborhood domino hang-out. We especially appreciated our very knowledgeble Cuban-American guide who provided his personal family story along with extensive historical information.

My daughter and I took this tour with Angel. It ended up just being the three of us, which was perfect because it allowed it to be very tailored to our interests. Angel is very passionate and his Cuban heritage and sharing that with others. This tour was a perfect blend of food, history and culture. We all enjoyed our time together so much that the tour ended up being almost 4 hours. Not only did we have a great time, but also made a new friend!

Really good walking tour with Angel. Local guy. Seems to know everyone including a lot of the guys from Bay of Pigs. Tons of history and local knowledge. And a fun guy. Great evening!

Angel makes sure to bring you to locally owned stores while walking you through the history of Cuba from the time many Cubans emigrated to the US. Cubans actually come on our tour to learn about their culture and history as well. They bring their Children so they can learn the history and traditions of their people. I booked this tour and paid for a $30 Uber to get to the tour. We were very disappointed to received an email 6 minutes to the tour started that it was cancelled due to the Christmas Holiday. I’m soooo mad and my kids are very disappointed. Now we are stuck out here!!’

BR-******6149 and the tour guide waited for you for 30 minutes. Emails and phone calls were sent but no response. We would like to stress to future travelers to read our 5-star reviews by those who have actually participated in the experience.
You can reserve the popular tours that are heavily promoted by the online travel agencies but will never get the quality and authenticity of a real Little Havana Native guide, born and raised in Miami with strong ties and deep roots in the Cuban Community. It's not just a Culinary Experience it's a grassroots movement to promote authenticity, history, and Cuban Culture. We will honor any reservation for future available dates if one was not able to attend the original reservation. It truly saddens us when someone misses out and will work together with those parties to make sure they can attend.

Traveled to Miami on September 20 ... we arrived earlier so I booked this tour. We Ubered to Little Havana at 3:30pm for a 4pm tour. We waited at the bakery, as instructed. The owner of the bakery confirmed we were at the right place. At 4:10pm, no tour guide had arrived so we contacted Viator. We communicated the issue, and they tried to reach the merchant. Viator responded at 4:20pm they were unable to reach the merchant. We were told we would be issued a refund, but as of September 26, they have not issued the refund. We would have loved to do this tour, but buyer beware. I can imagine a Wednesday at 4pm would not be popular (as no other individuals were waiting), so if I had any recommendations, it would be to do at a more popular time with more individuals.

This Tour was Awesome . The Guide was Outstanding . Best Knowledgeable tour have taken. little Havana was very fun lots of art and Culture. the people were very friendly. This was Money well spent.

Booked 2.5hrs in advance. Attempted to contact operator many times via chat and call but never got any response. Showed up to the tour starting spot and no one showed up. After 30mins of waiting my group left empty handed.
4.5hrs later Angel called me and apologized, said it had been canceled due to rain. He seemed nice and passionate about the tour, wanted to rebook it for another day for my group. Sadly another day didn’t work for us so we ultimately completely missed any Little Havana experience during our stay in Miami. I did get a full refund.

Let it be known the 2 star review does not reflect on the quality of the tour itself. You did not participate in the tour itself and it truly saddens us. We have been rewarded the badge of excellence and This is a 5 star Experience as testified by our many 5 star reviews. But with 80% rain predicted the tours were cancelled. Our Phone lines are available 24 hours a day. The only company with a live operator at all times. We understand things happen and cannot explain your inability to connect with us. This often happens when you reserve with third party reservation agents affiliated with Viator. A full refund has been issued and to honor the reservation a reschedule was offered. We hope you can someday experience the only Cuban Owned Little Havana tour Experience.
