What To Expect

Your aerial adventure begins at Rickenbacker Causeway in Key Biscayne. Choose your departure time, meet your pilot and board the seaplane for a thrilling water take-off.

As you leave the water, watch the city fall away and marvel at the striking juxtaposition of urban landscape and awesome natural scenery. Soar above vibrant Miami and see how it bumps up into powder-white beaches. You have great views of the area’s famous sandy banks and waterways, and fun neighborhoods like Coconut Grove and the Art Deco District. Whirl past iconic sites like South Beach, Deco Drive, and the Fontainebleau Hotel, as well as new constructions like the Arsht Performing Arts Center. 

Then cut away from the city to cruise past some of the area’s hot islands like Fisher Island and Star Island, where celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez and Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs have multimillion-dollar mansions. Throughout your flight, your professional pilot shares fascinating facts and histories, point out key sights, and explain the city’s unique topography.

    It was a beautiful day to fly. Also enjoyed the boat ride to meet up with the seaplane. Pilot gave us a great view of Miami. We were able to see manatees and sharks in the water. Ride was very smooth. Pilot very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this tour.

    It was a beautiful day to fly. Also enjoyed the boat ride to meet up with the seaplane. Pilot gave us a great view of Miami. We were able to see manatees and sharks in the water. Ride was very smooth. Pilot very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this tour.

    A truly beautiful experience. Very professional staff. As a pilot myself I can attest that this flight was done on a very professional level. I surprised my wife with this flight for her birthday. Couldn’t have done any better. Do it! It’s worth the money.

    I purchased this package for 2 as a Valentines gift. It was a surprise flight. On the date we arrived 15 min prior and contacted an operator as we were instructed. Our flight was from 10 and to 10:30am. We were told to wait in the lobby for their agent to meet us. Nobody came and at 10:05 I called again. I was told that agent was there and didn't see us (while we were sitting on the sofa in the center of the lobby and nobody else were there!). They apologized and said they are coming back again. At 10:25 I called again and asked what's going on. Agent said he will check again. At 10:35 I called again to complain and was told that there will be a boat show and they can't fly that day. They asked if we want to reschedule or a refund. Seriously?? We lost almost an hour to get there. Got to wait for them for another hour just to meet us and then they told us they have to cancel? Of course we asked for a refund. No respect to this company. They could tell us about the issue at least the day before (boat show does not happen suddenly) and do not lie to us that somebody on the way to meet us. It was the worst gift for Valentine's day received.

    We are very sorry you were not able to fly this time. On this day there was a boat show and the Marina management had assured us access to our vessel inside the Venetia Marina and at the last moment they rescinded their permission and we were left to adjust our operations. We asked if you would meet our Captain at a location north of us and you said no and requested a full refund which we made to you. Again we apologize for this inconvenience.

    The service was awesome.. Pilot had so much knowledge and was so friendly. He even recommended us some good places to visit an eat. The view from the top is amazing and you can sea entire Miami in one go. Worth every penny spent.

    The punctuality was remarkable. The professionalism and friendliness as well as the patience of the entire crew was amazing. Flying so close to those house but so high is an indescribable feeling. Will definitely do this again and recommend this tour.

    Everyone involved in our trip from the time of booking until it ended were absolutely wonderful. Nicole was great at calling us numerous time to keep us updated concerning the weather and our trip. The captain on the boat was very nice, informative and funny during our trip out to the planes located on a little island that day. We were then greeted by the pilots with big smile on their faces. All of them were so nice in helping myself and my husband off the boat and onto the plane. The plane ride was an awesome experience. We loved Taking off and Landing in the water. We would highly recommend this company for the adventure of a lifetime. We will be doing this again sometime in the future.

    Hello Tomas. We are sorry that you were not able to experience our seaplane tour. We instruct our customers to contact us at 9 am on the day of the tour to receive current weather conditions. Unfortunately you did not call. Because you did not call, we dispatched our Crews and received you upon arrival. As you prepared to board our vessel, you decided you did not want to fly due to the windy conditions. We explained that at this point there will be no refund or rescheduling options. You decided to leave, and we continued our flights with other clients that day.

    It's difficult to put into words how breathtaking this 30 minute tour was. As part of an anniversary weekend, I scheduled this as a surprise for my husband and it is the best way(and most romantic) to view the Miami Biscayne Bay area. Beautiful, fun, entertaining, relaxing. I highly recommend.
