    I would recommend this for someone who want to NOT have a guided tour. We learned only a few things about south beach unless we asked specifically about a building or a restaurant. It was boring to say the least. We expected a guided tour with history etc..

    They did not show!!! When I called they told me that the tour was no longer offered. I need a refund plus the money it cost me to Uber to the location.

    We arrived at start point, no guide. Called operator, guide finally arrived, WITH GIRLFRIEND dressed in bikini, guide was dressed in sweats and baseball cap, told us it was a last minute booking (has been scheduled for a week), and started tour by telling us it was "spring break" and we shouldn't go certain places which were expected on the tour. My wife and I knew more about Art Deco history of buildings than tour guide could share. Showed us a street with "strip joints". I am a minister, and my wife couldn't have cared less. Told us that the beautiful Post Office was still functioning as a post office... "you can still pick up your mail there..." On the plus side, we stopped at the Marina (interesting, but not exactly Art Deco), and at the Holocaust Memorial. We also drove down main street with iconic art deco bldgs... would like to have stopped to take some pictures. We saw another tour guide stop to take pictures. Would like to have been on that tour. Overall, nearly a waste of time and money.

    The guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. It was a great way to get an overview of the area. I never could have covered that much on my own. We even stopped at the beach! The sand is beautiful and soft, and I think I found my home!

    We arrived and they had no record of our confirmation even though I had a paid receipt. They scrambled to get a crappy golf cart that looked nothing like the picture, my daughter and I had to sit in the back facing away from the driver. He looked like he just got out of bed, was very clear we were going to be done in an hour even though the tour was scheduled for 90 minutes then proceeded to rush us through everything. He spoke while he was driving 35 mph and since he was facing forward and we were behind him we couldn’t hear anything.

    A great way to see South Beach. Tour operator was knowledgeable and took us to several sites. Only complaint was the golf cart backfired several times during the tour.

    The golfcar was not able to complete the tour 😒 full refund was issued but we would rather the tour operator had supplied a well maintained vehicle.

    Our guide was very good. He gave us opportunities to stop and take photos. It was a fun way to see South Beach and know where we wanted to go after the tour. Our 23 year old and us 60 year olds both enjoyed the tour

    we can not comment about our tour. after booking we arrived to find no one available to do our tour. The person contacted to provide the service was a third party provider and was quite frankly just rude. He made a slur about “tourist attractions” and it was very much unappreciated especially if his business runs off tourist. We are HOPING to receive our money back.

    The trip through the Art Deco district and along the Holocaust memorial was fantastic. Our tour guide TC was knowledgeable and fun. He really knew the area. Also the site manager was very accommodating as we waited for our tour to begin. I highly recommend this tour.

    Our tour was fun and informative. We toured the residencial areas of Miami Beach and got to see a lot of interesting houses and neighborhoods. Our tour guide gave us a lot of current and past information about the area, and we really enjoyed it. He even dropped us off at a restaurant afterwards because it started raining hard.
