    Llegamos al punto de encuentro diez minutos antes y esperamos 15 minutos y al no llegar el guía llamamos al número de la reserva y la persona dijo no tener conocimiento de la reserva. Le enviamos la imagen de la reserva y dijo que sí estaba registrada pero que ella no la vio y estaba muy lejos para llegar; que me regresarían el dinero en 3 a 5 días. Fueron irresponsables y no pudimos hacer nuestro tour porque ya viajábamos al día siguiente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

    Dear lady, you should complain to VIATOR that has not set up the booking api system which has not interfaced with the back end. The glitch is with viator and bokun and it happens once in a thousand. In 10 years of work I have never received a defamatory review for never having received the request through an automatic online booking system. I didn't take the tour because I never received previous notice from the portal. so I obviously didn't show up that day. The only thing that was within my possibilities was to propose a visit the following day, as an alternative to the full and automatic refund that VIATOR AND NOT I AUTOMATICALLY SET FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. Reviews must be based on what has been done regarding the requested activity and not the online booking system that caused your inconvenience. I am a tourist professional and I deal with assistance and guidance, not a computer technician.
