    This was a terrible tour. We got to see the painting Iof the last supper but did not get to see the history or explanation the tour guide was giving because it was on her iPad which only the front row could see. They over booked the tour and they should have had the short people in front. The whole thing was so bad I cried. What a waste of money. When I asked for a refund they refused it.

I am sorry that you did not feel that your experience was up to your expectations, I do see that the service did have an extra 2 people than the tour is advertised. I will look to see why the tour got overbooked. I will also suggest to our team in Milan about a better presentation with a larger group. I do hope that your remaining time in Milan was joyous!

    How to describe Leonardo's masterpiece ? Pictures do not do it justice, so thanks to Viator, we were able to view the real thing ! It is of course a major attraction for tourists, and without booking in advance, admission would have been a problem.

    Tour was good, I have waited a long time to see the last supper, lots of good information, when you could hear it. unfortunately as per all of the tours we have taken, the sound system that they provide is terrible, and with the tour guides accent it makes it almost impossible to understand everything that he/she said. I found it better to remove the earphones and get close to the to the guide. For the amount of money we spend in these tours they need to find a better solution to this problem, or we will stop doing these tours

    Fantastic tour guide and well organised. You get to have 15 minutes in the hall with one of the most iconic paintings in world history. As for the painting itself, it's history, detail, and quality, gets you thinking. And keeps you thinking.....
