A nice and well organized tour that will take you to the beautiful city of Quebec. Jack was a great host, very friendly with good attitude. A special mention to Madame Nicole, she is the local guide that showed and explained the best sites and history of this amazing city, she was fantastic. Thank you very much guys for the incredible time! 100% recommended.

Very good service including hotel pickup and drop off. Excellent driver and coach and friendly efficient attendant on bus. But the local guided tour of Quebec was rather short and no guiding on route from Montreal to the Falls or about the Falls.

Aquarium stop???

Enjoyable day trip to Quebec. The walking tour thru Old Quebec was most enjoyable. Be warned or at least aware of the stop at the aquarium...there was nothing in the original booking stating this. "Start the day by discovering the Montmorency Falls where you can admire the largest waterfall in Quebec." Over an hour added to an unwanted sight, sitting outside in the cold for half of it wasn't enjoyable. This is the 2nd time I've booked something with Viator that the description wasn't accurate.

Transportation Fri Montreal to Quebec City is expensive so this seemed like a good way to get to the falls and have time in the city. From the description we expected to go to the Falls and then spend the afternoon in Quebec City. When we got on the bus they told us we were stopping at the aquarium. Our option was to pay (an extra 50$) for the two of us or to sit the bus for an hour and 20 minutes. We wouldn't have taken this tour if we knew it included the aquarium. The surprise was frustrating. Having 50 minutes at the Falls was the right amount of time. This trip included a guided tour of the city. We found the tour to be empty. Had we know this was the tour, we would have take the other trip option with for half the price.

Overall good but with surprise expensive additions

The driver, the tour guide and the bus itself were great. Good timing at each stop. Easy pick up and drop off though our driver was 20 min late and we were told to be 10 min early. The only problem I have is the added tour (aquarium) that was NOT listed on the original booking. So when we got on the bus the tour guide told us about this added stop that was going to be an additional $50 charge (about $15 higher than having booked directly with the aquarium). I asked the tour operator, Jasmine, three times WHY this was added when this was clearly NOT on the booking. No response. So for 90 minutes my 8 y/o son, myself, and several other passenger sat around inside/outside the gift shop waiting for the other passengers to come back. Other passengers who visited the aquarium were not impressed with the site for the amount of money they paid. Until I get a response as to WHY an added feature we did NOT want was added, this review remains as 3 stars. We already did an aquarium experience on our vacation and this is NOT a stop we would have signed up for.

Ice Hotel, Quebec City- would have been nice if we had at least one more hour and got back to Montreal at 9 and not 8. You can either shop/site see or sit down in a nice place to eat but you really can’t do both. Tour guide was full of good information.

Comfortable bus, excellent driver who kept us safe in snowy weather. Neither you nor Concord told us about ice hotel stop & extra charge. Guide wanted CAD cash only. Why couldn't we have been told about this when we booked; could have paid in advance in USD, would have been cheaper. Also would have liked to know you were stopping for breakfast & dinner.

The trip was great - pick up included with a shuttle over to the main coach, right on time. The guide explained the day clearly and everything ran to schedule. We had a restroom break half way there and back, the Ice hotel first then the visit to the waterfalls and then a walking tour with a local guide in Quebec City.

Restarting the bus at the roadside stop, a huge relief. We enjoyed our afternoon in Quebec City walking through the beautiful parks and historical churches. Lunch at a small French Bistro was delicious!! The Tour guide in the city itself could have provided more information to the history of Quebec City.

Caroline was nice and organized. It would’ve been very helpful if the shuttle departure time would’ve been noted on the Viator app or on our ticket. “If you are arranging for a hotel pickup, please expect a pickup around 6:45am. Be sure to check your junk mail for communication from the tour operator”. I did not have this information, and because of it, we had a really rocky start to our morning, kept people waiting, and almost missed our tour. It was stressful when it didn’t have to be. Also, we never found our tour guide in Quebec city. A warm transfer from our tour guide on the bus to the tour guide in Quebec city would’ve been very helpful. And lastly, having a tour begin at lunchtime is probably not the best. I would humbly suggest giving people 1.5-2 hours for lunch upon arrival on their own and offering EITHER a ferry ride OR a walking tour, but not both if time is the limiting factor.

Highly recommend the time in Quebec city, too much time spent at the falls. Suggest taking the trip to top of falls. only or skip all together.

Excellent for people who want to get a flavour of Quebec in limited time. Day trip which starts from central Montreal is carefully planned, giving enough personal time to explore Quebec. Both Montmorency Falls and Quebec old city are breathtakingly beautiful. Eddy, our guide was jovial, energetic and helpful.

Too long of a day

Felt very rushed, did not get the walking tour, waited in the rain (why not on the bus until rain stopped) no stood in rain for 1/2, then tour guide Erik said forget it go on our own. Meet up for cruise, which we had to pay extra for on the bus. Walking around soaking wet was not a good experience, ever had soaking wet socks for 8 hours? I know the weather was not your fault. But again missed out on the history of Quebec city. On the ride home, pee break 15 only, no eating except if your Erik. Not a happy experience. Why have a bathroom on the bus if you cant use it...

We are really sorry for your bad experience. Since now the bus is not allowed to drive at old Quebc town, we have to get off the bus. But we will improve other things. The washroom is only for emergency, since otherwise the whole bus will be smelly during the trip. Really sorry for this.

Hotel pickup is a shared ride and was cramped Was on time but had to wait in a hot bus for 20 minutes Air conditioning was not turned on because driver did not know controls, tour operator blamed 3rd party and did not take responsibility Falls trail is wooden planks and treacherous when wet so plan footwear Tour guide in Quebec City is other company and was impossible to hear w large group, again no accountability from primary tour guide Rest stops are poor and not necessary with a bathroom on board Quebec City is great but find another way to get there
