Bus was a bit uncomfortable. Extremely disappointed when had to pay for a continental breakfast wich was announced as included in the fare, this is highly unacceptable

Good tour but key information missing

The reason I have rated 3/5 is due to the poor/ lack of communication about key elements of the trip which I will explain below so you know exactly what to expect. Overall the trip was good - highlight was the niagara falls and island cruise however it would have been good to have longer time in Toronto / hotel nearby the area to explore in own time. - They charge you $18 PP on the coach as service charge (they should just include this in the total price?! - which we thought was already included) - Lunch buffet is $32-34 PP, there is nearby other food options available thats cheaper but you have 1 hour. - Activities - Niagara falls $59 PP, Cruise $40 PP, Aquarium $49 & CN tower $48 (tour guide initially said $59 for CN tower over text… may be worth checking prices online and comparing) - There is only one room per booking. Hotel wasn’t the best, dark room with malfunctioning elements eg bathroom lock and lights not working. And very far from Toronto downtown (Four Points by Sheraton, L5N 4G8)

Places to visit are beautiful, what is disappointing is the term of the tour, how they are communicated, and the lack of concern towards the tourists from the tour guide. He is more concern with collecting his money with a captured group.

I am one who is really critical of everything and I can truly say this was worth it. Nigeria Falls was the best!! Didn't care so much for the planned lunches going and coming back. Chinese food was okay, wasn't what I am use to. All in all a great trip.

Buyer beware! We were mandated to purchase 2 attractions each and 2 pretty expensive lunches. Additionally, we ended up with one room for my husband and myself and the couple that went with us. Viator should have clearly represented that information regarding the third party requirements.

This was a fun filled excursion. The bus ride from Montreal to Toronto was long but the tour guide Eric and our driver Christopher kept us entertained.. We booked it through our travel agent and certain parts that were told to us prior to book did not measure up. Be advised: 1 The tour bus picks you up from a central location and drops you back in the same area. 2.They only take cash American or Canadian but I recommend you convert your money. 3 food is not included but they offer a Chinese buffet going and coming. It's about 30 to 37 Canadian dollars. The resturant going was excellent and cheaper than the the one going back . It was horrible. I recommend not paying for the meals there are other places around where u can eat. But do it fast you only have 1 hr. 4. Be on time the tour guide Eric will not wait for you. 5. They try to get you to do all the excursion he recommends at least 2 but it's totally optional. 6. Take the 1000 island tour very informative and beautiful houses on the island. 7 . Most important if you have more that 4 people in your party be advised the number of tickets you buy equals 1 room. Also the bus has no wifi and they don't want you to use the bathroom so plan accordingly. Have fun and enjoy the ride.

We had a flat tire and did not enjoy our journey to Toronto, we had 10mn to check the CN tour for which we paied 50$. The company did not even bother to make a gesture! The guides were nice and tried to fix things as they could..

Well, I bus broke down for 3hrs and we were not able to see Toronto very well. The activities were very rushed on both days. I would have liked to know more details regarding trip. Not just, “we are going to lunch”. It would have been nice to be given restaurant name or type of food without having to ask. Some of the passengers on the bus were rude. This was my first and last bus trip.
