Better on a warm sunny day

Lots of shops, good views, Frontenac was worth the funicular was worth the $. Excellent cafes. I brought food but we had a food stop on the way. I wished I had waited to enjoy a larger meal while in town the local tour was good but short - a map would have helped.

You'll be out of breath by the hike and the view from the Chateau Frontenac!

I wasn't planning on visiting Quebec but was advised to try since the city has charisma and a rich history. I was impressed with all it offered and next time I will stay in Quebec and visit Montreal. The view of the St Lawrence River from the Château Frontenac, (literally the most photographed hotel in the world) was spectacular.

A definite must do in Montreal. It's pretty must the only Montreal only travelers will see Quebec. The guide was sweet and friendly. The group was cool and chill. All was great

Pickup from the hotel was efficient. Aquarium stop, Falls stop, and Quebec City stop were all great. Walking tour in the city with Richard was interesting and we enjoyed the history before our free time in the city.

The walking tour of Québec City was very nice. The city is beautiful and the tour guide was a well-educated local. Unfortunately, the bus ride was sub par. There wasn’t much space on the bus. Only a few of the seats had outlets for charging your phone and there was no WiFi. The guide from Concord Tours talked over the microphone for such a long time that it was difficult to relax during the 3 hour drive. The seats were also pretty small.

You really don't need more than the alotted time in Old Quebic City (3 hours I feel is plenty to really explore and grab a bite). But the hassle free trip of going from Montreal to Old Quebec and back including the side stops were very nice and enjoyable. I think we could've cut the return trip back a bit from the Mcdonald's stop but otherwise great tour experience. William was very knowledgable and spoke 4 freaking languages, the pick up drivers and bus drivers (don't remember their names) were timely and friendly, and overall it was a great way to explore a different city for a day.

I had not been to Quebec City in several decades. I found it to be even more lovely than I remembered. We enjoyed the guided tour and then having time to explore and have lunch on our own. If you want more time to explore the sights, I recommended skipping the cruise, which we did. There is so much to see and take in I will definitely return and spend a few days there. As for the tour service. Everything ran on time and the driver was professional, friendly & caring. My French is poor, but we had no trouble communicating. Everywhere we went English was spoken, as needed, and everyone was warm and friendly.

I paid a day tour of Quebec City with a cruise. Only to find out that there’s no cruise at this time of the year because the river is frozen. The cruise part should be removed from the ad on the winter to avoid overcharging. Otherwise, the tour was great!

This was a wonderful experience start to finish! The company arranges to have us picked us up in front of our bead and breakfast and dropped off when we returned (we were within the radius they alloted). It was winter time so the boat portion of the trip listed online wasn't part of ours but the bus trip there/back was nice and comfortable and all the guides were knowledgeable and multi-lingual. Quebec is gorgeous and transports you right into a little European town. Time and money well spent!

This was a good trip. The tour company arranged a pick up at our hotel in the Old City and brought us to the bus. Since it was off season, there wasn't a cruise. One word of caution, the guide gave the narration in English, French and Mandarin, which was a little tedious after a while. Once in Quebec City, there was a quick tour and then three hours of free time which was more than enough to explore on your own. After that we made a quick stop at the Falls and returned to Montreal.

Nice trip to Quebec City . Shaou our guide was very helpful . You drive for about 1 1/2 then have a toilet stop then went to the waterfalls . After we drove to Quebec City and was met by Richard who did a walking tour round the old city which was interesting. You then had a few hours to yourself . Well organised and a nice day out
