Had the best time with Andy who was extremely knowledgeable about Sonoma and wine in general. The small group was amazing and it made the trip so much more enjoyable. It turned out to be a great group of people to spend wine tasting with! I highly recommend Platypus for all your wine tasting needs. It was worth it.

Great fun on a beautiful day!

My friend and I signed up for this hoping to be introduced to some wineries in the area and we were not disappointed. We thought Andy did a very good job driving, informing us, giving us a history of the area, providing us with lists of places to eat or visit in the region... the three wineries we visited were perfect and lunch was delicious and plentiful. We'd do this again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wine tour. They go all over so call and ask about the place you'd like to visit!

We had a wonderful time touring Sonoma! Dave was awesome and took us to four different wineries. This was our first time visiting wine country for my 40th Birthday. Platypus tours made this experience super fun and relaxing. Show up, drink wine and have fun!

Linda I worked tour guide was terrific she was very knowledgeable about the wineries. Even on a rainy day we managed a terrific afternoon . The folks on board we just had a blast. If you purchase wines and are flying home you cannot carry them on board the plane.

Our host - Army was awesome! Enjoyed the wineries, especially the first two wineries. The last winery, the third one which was the last winery was a little stingy with their wine pours. All of the other people on the tour with us were very nice!

Rob was our driver. There was one other couple so there was five of us counting the driver. . He was very personable and made it a very enjoyable experience. He also was very knowledgeable regarding wines and the wineries. We loved going to Buena Vista which was the oldest winery. It was a beautiful winery and delicious wines especially the one called the Sheriff. The Ty Caton vineyards was an enjoyable wine tasting. Paul was our sommelier. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the winery and the wines. He made the wine tasting an enjoyable experience with his stories. We would definitely want to do another tour with Rob and Platypus tours again.

My parents, husband and I had such a great time on this tour with our guide, Jason. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all things winemaking and the region. He spent a ton of time with us sharing his wisdom and making sure we were taken care of the whole time. We visited 3 smaller wineries and had a delicious lunch at the 2nd one. Would highly recommend this tour to everyone and hope we get to come back soon!

I am so glad we did this. Sarah picked us up at our front door in Napa, took us to three amazing wineries in Sonoma and helped us to get a box to ship our purchases back. The lunch was also great. We went to three different experiences and felt like we got the best of Sonoma in a day. I will 100% do another platypus tour next time I’m back.

This was the first wine tour for my daughter and me. Our guide was knowledgeable and interesting and chose three diverse wineries to visit. We were lucky to travel with a friendly, fun group. It was a wonderful way to spend the day in wine country! I would highly recommend it!
