What an amazing experience! Mia was absolutely wonderful. Her knowledge and personal history of Sanoma was so enlightening. She is very kind and thoughtful. My mother and I were celebrating my 30th birthday and Mia got me a shot of tequila at the restaurant! I highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Sanoma!

Enjoyed learning the history of beautiful Sonoma... Abby was great!! Friendly & very knowledgable. I would've liked a little more wine to be included for the price (especially on the cheese stop). Only one stop had wine. But overall a great experience!!

The tour guide and tour content was fantastic! She was friendly and knowledgeable and really seemed to enjoy her job. The pictures were a fantastic touch and we loved meeting the people in our group. I was a little disappointed with the amount of food on the tour. I expected more of a small plates progressive lunch but only two stops were seated and only one plated food on the tour. The others were standing taste “shoportunities” which were fun but not what I was expecting.
Tour guide also gave personal restaurant and activity recommendations which was a fantastic addition to our trip.

This tour was a fantastic opportunity to visit Sonoma Square and learn about a bit of local history while touring specialty cheese, olive oil, wine and chocolate shops. It was a really wonderful day and the small group was the perfect size!

Caroline was an amazing tour guide. What we loved about the experience was the history mixed with the food and spirits. The shopping was great. I bought a lots of little gifts, and it was a wonderful treat to snack along the way.

While there wasn’t as much wine as I expected, it was probably just as well with the heat. Caroline is a charming and knowledgeable tour guide. This was our favorite part of the entire trip. And I’m now a self-proclaimed olive oil snob. So fun and interesting. We saw so much more than we would have wandering aimlessly on our own. Definitely something we would do again when we return to the area. 10/10. Definitely recommend.

This was a great tour and our guide was very well informed! I lived that she took so many pictures and emailed them to us. However, I thought it was very light on the food and about $60-80 overpriced (I paid $150pp) compared to walking food tours I’ve done in Chicago, New Orleans, & NYC. To set your expectations, it was a few bites of cheese (complimentary - tho no explanations- if you go on your own), a meal & margarita at a Cal-Mex restaurant ($20-$30), an oil tasting (complimentary if you go on your own), a wine tasting flight ($20), & a bite of chocolate ($2). If you’re going to do it, I’d recommend doing it on the front end of your trip so that you can take advantage of the various historic recommendations and other suggestions the guide makes for your personal interests.

Since Covid, like many businesses in the hospitality industry, we have had to make adjustments because of increased food costs, wage hikes and restaurant availability.
