If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Our driver was fantastic and very patient. There were 6 in our party, however, 2 were flying from the US and landed an hour before. They were going to meet us at our terminal but their luggage never arrived so they were caught up doing paperwork. They finally arrived to us with 5 minutes to spare before we would be charged the overtime rate. The vehicle was extremely clean and ride was very comfortable. I recommend this company for airport transfers.

Sorry, it's our problem. The driver was 30 minutes late, and then he tried to look for you in the arrival hall with a name sign, but couldn't find you, he also tried to reach you but couldn't. Our driver was late, it was our fault, and we have given you a full refund. Sorry again for bringing to you the bad experience.

High dollar promises with terrible execution

I accidentally booked the wrong date due to crossing the international date line. This incurred a rebooking charge of $250. We had trouble locating our driver as we were not met at the gate which was an extra service we had paid for. Additionally, we had paid a fee for an English speaking driver and our driver could speak NO English though he was very kind. Expensive service with very poor execution. I would not recommend anyone consider this company.

We are very sorry for that. However, I want to explain that it is really not our fault that you set the wrong date. The driver also held a name sign waiting for you at the customs exit, but you did not listen to the guidance of our customer service and went to find the driver by yourself. Finally, the driver spent a lot of time to find you.

Although our driver was unavoidably delayed by an accident on his route, communications between us and the agent were excellent and we were kept informed. Once we connected with our driver, the trip was very smooth and we were taken downtown Tokyo to our hotel very quickly. He even offered to personally pay for beverages we had purchased in the airport while waiting for him.

Excellent Private Airport Transfer w a Caveat

The communication with the transport company and the driver was excellent. Comfortable, clean and roomy vehicle for four people. A polite and safe driver in heavy traffic. The caveat with this airport pickup time is that it the timing is tied to your flight's actual arrival. So, if there are long lines in immigration and customs that delay you more than 90 minutes, you start paying overtime of 100JPY/minute. I tried to set a larger window of time in advance based on SCHEDULED arrival with more time, but was over ruled by the dispatcher/scheduler. We wouldn't have been charged 2000JPY overtime if they gave me what I had asked for. I wish I could have scheduled a later pickup time window from the actual flight arrival. I'm an old retired person, not a business person on a tight schedule.
