BRILLIANT
Aymeric_F, Apr 2024
It was very nice with many opportunities to se the Mount Fuji and many other things. It’s quite a complete tour where you can visit, shop and enjoy. The only downside was the return was quite confusing as we had to take a different way of transportation but the tour helped us buy the train tickets. Aside of that it was perfect. Make sure to ask the option for lunch and train tickets back to Tokyo if it’s where you’re going back.
Disappointing!

SHODDY MANAGEMENT OF THE TRIP! CUTTING CORNERS IN SHOWING AROUND. Weather didn’t permit reaching Fuji beyond station 1! No alternative/refund even considered.
A Rainy Prelude: Our Family's Day Trip to Mt. Fuji, Hakone, and Lake Ashi
Jigee_S, Apr 2024
Our day began with excitement as we left the bustling city of Tokyo behind, heading towards the iconic Mt. Fuji. Unfortunately, due to the previous day's rain, we couldn't reach the 5th Station as planned. Despite this, the sight of Mt. Fuji from afar still left us in awe, its majestic presence dominating the horizon. Next, we ventured to Hakone, where the serene Lake Ashi awaited. The cruise on the lake was a soothing contrast to our earlier disappointment, with peaceful waters and stunning views of Mt. Fuji in the distance. We even caught a glimpse of the famous Hakone Shrine gate, floating serenely on the lake. Though the day didn't go as initially planned, it was filled with unexpected joys and memorable moments. We returned to Tokyo with hearts full of the day's adventures, each moment a reminder of our family's resilience and the beauty that awaits, rain or shine.
Great day out.

Excellent day. Very well organised. Would recommend as a comprehensive day trip to Mt Fuji and surrounds.
A breath of fresh air!
Tamika_D, Apr 2024
It was a great tour with Fumison and Driverson to Fujison! We were sad that we could only stop at the first station due to an avalanche from the previous day but the views were just as amazing at the 1st station. Fumison made up the lost time adventure to the 4th station by taking us to a beautiful park. I wish we had more time there. Not a super fan of the lunch. Overall, it was a great experience.
Good value and good mix of activities
Sarah_B, Apr 2024
Good. We got lucky with the mountain view and the guide was great. The drumming at lunch was a nice surprise and others on the tour were friendly. Lunch also yummy.
A grand day out at Hakone
Keith_F, Apr 2024
Views of Fuji-san from cablecar top station were superb once the clouds cleared, meal was wel organised and tasty especially the soup. The guidesometimes forgot to switch his microphone on ( he was new) but got everyone to the right places on time so the tour ran to time.
Amazing

Our guide Toshii was super nice and attentive. Mt Fuji was gorgeous and worth the trip. Ride back was long due to traffic but rested.
My Review
Emily_B, Mar 2024
Our tour guide Toshi was fantastic along with our bus driver Sato. My only complaint is that checking in was difficult. There was little to no signage indicating where to go and we were almost late.
Fabulous!
Kathy_L, Mar 2024
We were so lucky to have a clear day and wonderful views of Mt fuji. Comfortable bus and Yuki san was a very informative guide. Lots of traffic on way home suggest taking the train option home.
My Fuji

Chris_H, Mar 2024
Good to meet up with other visitors depending on weather. Better weather means better experience for all
Listen carefully to see if the guide even speaks good English…
Michael_L, Mar 2024
Tour guide knew the weather was going to be bad before we left Tokyo didn’t tell us… no view of the mountain for days…should of been offered to reschedule instead of waste a day at cafes and tourist centers…very poor English
Great tour with enjoyable surprises.
Sonia_S, Mar 2024
This was the only tour we booked and it was a great addition to the trip. It was great not to have to worry on the transportation especially as we are not using driving on the opposite side of the road. It was a wonderful combination of things to do for first time visitors and the lunch show was an great surprise. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan.
Quality trip, terrible weather!
Joshua_M, Feb 2024
The weather didn’t cooperate for our tour, so that was disappointing. Our guide did his best to give us a good trip. He was very good and funny. I would like to try it again in the spring and summer months.
Never again.
Katherine_H, Jan 2024
We visited in January. It was not made clear on the program that Mount Fuji would be mostly frozen over until August so the tour only took us to the fifth station, at the base of the mountain. This was a huge disappointment. The lunch provided was also not great. The boat tour took us to a nice little area with shops that we weren't able to explore because we had to get back on the bus for an hour long ride home. The tour guide was fun and the driver was nice, but I would not recommend this tour at all. The program should be more detailed to provide better expectations.
Perfect way to travel
Anne_G, Jan 2024
This was an excellent tour to Mt. Fuji and the surrounding area. The coach bus was comfortable, the tour guide very kind, and there were lots of stops to keep everyone happy. The cable car (ropeway) was a lot of fun and the lake cruise beautiful. Lunch was delicious and the Japanese drum show was perfect. I highly recommend this excursion!
Amazing day out. It was...

ELVIE_m, Jan 2024
The trip is amazing and money its worth it even though only limited time because its far and we go from 3 different places..The boat ride on lake is okay we didn’t ride the pirates ship just regular ferry, we went to top mountain it’s amazing views and we went to 5th station of mount fuji it’s amazing and nice weather. The food that they offer is awful i don’t recommend if u choose as an option u can bring ur own lunch.Dont complain its only limited time because the different place will close and if u are late u will be miss the place that the tour will visit.
