The driver and other man, I apologize for not remembering their names, were friendly and pleasant. The vineyard was FABULOUS! I highly recommend this tour! One suggestion: providing an overview about the vineyard, buildings, flights, etc., before dropping us off would have been helpful. (It may have been in the details, and I overlooked it.)....but again, Great time, Great experience, Great tour!!

Great Wine Experience

Beautiful, scenic location. Good variety of wines and there is live music! We were there on a Sunday and there were lots of families, a lovely spot for a picnic. Food was a little pricy.

The Vineyard was amazing and set in such a beautiful location!! The van driver was very friendly and the drive out to the vineyard was stunning. The servers at the vineyard were very engaging and helpful.

Was on a shuttle with drunk and obnoxious 21-year-olds and made my wife n I very uncomfortable I definitely very disappointed

The bus ride was boring. The music was terrible and there was not atmosphere of fun. The driver just sat in the bus didn’t say anything about the expectations or anything.

The bus is super nice and not sure if the country music on the radio was not your type of music. We do hope you enjoyed the winery. The driver was very nice. The actual experience could be a bit longer as we spent as much time in the shuttle as we did at the vineyard.

Thank you for the review .We find that most of our guests Like the 1 hour and a half we spend as the winery as it gives them time to have a couple bottles of wine and time to roam the beautify grounds there. It is 45 min to get there amd 45 min back so we have you for 3 hours total pick up to drop off but we do understand that sometimes out guests would like to stay longer We do offer private bus versions that stays 2 hours and longer at the winery. Cheers

Not enough time

Not enough time at the vineyard. Really bummed we had to rush through an hour and a half. This would be good if you do not care for wine. But if you love wine…it’s not enough time to enjoy it and to enjoy the vineyard and get a good experience. Also, the bus’s AC poured water on my friends in the back. It was not a dribble it was a lot of water. The driver and guide were very nice and fun!!

We do apologize for that A/c water that got your wet . It was a clogged drain line. As for the hour and a half at the winery, that is how long we have stayed for 3 years and seems to be the amount of time that most of our guests like. We know some people will like to stay longer but have to fine a happy medium. Cheers.

Driver was excellent, timeframe not so much

The timeframe could have been longer given that we didn’t arrive until 4:10pm and had to be back on the bus by 5:45pm. The three hours includes the ride to the Vineyard so be aware that you will only have a short time at the Vineyard before heading back! Having said that, our driver David did an excellent job getting us there and back. Very friendly and courteous.

Thank you for the review. Paul your driver said you all were a fun group. This outing to the winery is 3 hours Total from pickup to drop off and we always stay at the vineyard for at least an 1hour and a half . We have found that this is the perfect amount of time for our guests to have a bottle of wine and take in the beauty of the Vineyard and roam the grounds then head back to Nashville to get back to their Nashville fun. Cheers 🥂

If I could give no stars I would. Though the winery was beautiful, the tour service lies on the website. You only go to one winery. There is no distillery. I also will never use Viator again, as everything advertised for other activities is inaccurate. I signed up for line dancing. It states classes are 10am. They are not.

As I stated the day of this outing, viator had a misprint in the description. This tour is for round trip transportation to the winery only, not a distillery. I explained that to you and you said "no worries". I even offered you a refund even though this misprint (not a lie as you state ) was a glitch and not of my making. I have had 5 star reviews for 3 years and this 1 star review of my company based on a misprint glitch has permanently dropped me down to 4 stars. kindly re-review us on your experience with us and the trip offered and not on a misprint by viator. we are sorry for the inconvenience this issue caused and understand completely. Loved the vineyard however it was extremely crowded that day and we didn’t have enough time to really experience the wine tasting. My suggestion is that the transportation company we hired to take us there, make reservations or give those of us who came by bus priority to reserve the wine tasting.

We always want our guests to have a 5 star experience. This winery is award winning so is very popular and does get busy at times and is why they have 2 options for tastings, 1: the Classic Bar Tasting can handle 6 guests at a time and does at times have a wait list, the second tasting option, The PicNic Tasting you can get with no wait so not sure what happened on this day. We would love to make reservations for our guests to get tastings but it is not possible.We just provide luxury round trip transportation for our guests and this is our first 4 star so we look forward to making your next visit with us 5 stars. cheers.
