Amazing time in India

This tour was very well organised and very enjoyable. I was travelling solo and felt very safe with the driver Balvant. My ATM card wasn't working in Delhi and he gave me cash until I got it sorted. The car was spotless and comfortable. The guides are separate to the driver and you will meet them before each tour. All were local, friendly and knowledgeable. They can't do enough for you! The hotels ranged in quality but were all good. The tour coordinator was easy to reach as was the driver. Well organised, highly recommend.
Great tour with Manoo

Manoo (sp?), our driver, was awesome! He took great care of us the whole time. The car, although small, was clean and he had cold waters for us every morning and at every pickup. He also managed to find the best parking spots in the shade so the car was cool/comfortable when he picked us up after our tours. Our guides in each city were great- Vikram (Delhi), Arrif (Agra), and Hukam (Jaipur). They were all very knowledgeable and made sure our experience was unforgettable. The hotels were great as well. Tips: wear easy on/off shoes in Delhi as you’ll need to remove them several times; stop at the airport money exchange for cash as you’ll need it for entry tickets as many sites don’t take card; it is HOT so just go with it; ladies-always bring tissue with you and hand sanitizer; don’t settle for the room they put you in at the hotels as they’ll most likely be next to the elevator; if at all possible plan for a day in Delhi before starting the tour…we went straight from airport to tour and it made for a very long day.

We had an amazing time in India touring with Crystal India tours. I traveled with my dad and we weren't sure what to expect. Each city we were paired up with an excellent and knowledgeable guide. The sites we visited were absolutely beautiful. Our driver, which stayed with us for the entire trip, was also wonderful. We chose the 5-star hotel option and were very pleased. Hotels were spacious, clean, and the restaurants were nice. I mostly communicated with Amit through WhatsApp if I needed anything. He was very pleasant and responded to any questions almost right away. We couldn't have been happier. Would recommend for both people who don't travel much and those that do!

It ended up being our family of 7 on this tour - felt like a private tour. We had the best/safest driver (Mr Kulwinder Singh) looking after us and taking us around on this trip. Local tour guides were knowledgeable. We picked the 5 star hotel option however not all of the accommodation provided was at that standard. Some fees weren’t mentioned on the itinerary therefore keep cash. Overall value for money.

We are glad to know about your experience with Driver and Guides. The Hotels provided were The Suryaa in Delhi, Jaypee Palace in Agra and Hilton in Jaipur, these all hotels are 5 star and approved by Government of India. Some of the monuments accepts cash and card, Some monuments accepts cash only, so yes it's recommended to keep some cash with you. Also, your guides help you to buy the entrance tickets at monuments.

Our experience on the tour was a 4 and 3/4 stars . I would have given it 5 stars, but I feel there could have been a little bit more communication about what was going to happen each day. Suggestion would be that there would be a written itinerary with the guides and the driver name on it , with an outline of what would be happen every day. Our guides, Raju, Arif, and Manoj were all very knowledge about their city and the surrounding areas. The hotels were amazing, the service was top notch. Our driver Manak, has been driver for many years and you could tell. If you want to relax and let someone else guide you through the Golden Triangle, this is the tour for you.

It was our first time in India and we spent much time researching tours. We couldn’t be happier to have chosen this company! The experience was exactly as described. The company punctual, professional and quick to respond to questions. Our driver, Mishra, was awesome! He made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. He ensured that we felt secure and comfortable while in India and gave us helpful advice for navigating the busy streets around tourist attractions. Additionally, the company set up three excellent guides - one in each city. We chose the 5-star hotel option and were very satisfied with the bookings and seamless check-in process at each hotel. A very well organised and memorable tour. All 3 of the local tour guides were fantastic, a special mention for Lucky in Delhi who was outstanding. Our driver was very good, always on time and very adept at managing the crazy traffic/roads. All the tour stops were very interesting and the you are given time to explore at your pace. I would definitely recommend going with a tour to view these sites with a local guide. The hotels we stayed in were good, although food was expensive. The Jaypee Hotel in Agra was especially good and the staff were lovely.

We had a wonderful time with all the tour guides from New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. They were very informative, friendly, and very skilled at taking pictures. Our driver was wonderful and we had a very safe and smooth drive from New Delhi to Agra to Jaipur and back to New Delhi even the traffic was horrible and cars were coming from all directions. The reason I only give 4 stars is because of the hotels. The company gives you options to book with 4 stars or 5 stars hotels, and I went with 5 stars. However, all hotels we stayed were not 5 stars, they were more like 3 or 4 stars hotels. For example, Marriott courtyard and Radisson are not a 5 stars hotel. Other than that it is a well organized tour and I would recommend anyone to book this tour.

In Jaipur we Book Hilton, Radisson Jaipur City Center, Marriott. I would like to advise you that these Hotels are approved as 5 Star by Government of India. If you compare difference between 5 Star Hotels of USA and 5 Star Hotels of India, then you will find some differences. If you would have told us in advance that you need other hotels then we could have provide you hotels accordingly. Great trip to experience the true India

The best trip I’ve ever had. The itinerary was so perfect that we always arrived at the right timing where the tourist spots were not yet too crowded. And the guides never told us to hurry. All the guides were also amazing, explaining the history so well and they took great photos! Especially Rasheed, our tour guide in Agra. He’s just like a pro photographer. The driver was also very good, sometimes told us the story about the cities too. The owner also very accommodating to our needs. Thank you so much for the pleasant trip.

The overall experience was fantastic. Initially after booking I was not getting a response from the company and had to call, but then it was all through WhatsApp and it was very easy. The pick up and schedules of all stops were right on point. The tour of Delhi felt pretty rushed in some instances, but we also did a lot. The hotel in Delhi was fine. Unfortunately there were few events happening so most facilities and bars were completely inaccessible, and my room had a pretty bad smell that I had to report. The hotel staff came in and sprayed something, but I still slept with a mask on. My friend on the other hand was very happy with his room. The trip to Agra was fantastic - the Taj Majal was the main site we wanted to see and did not disappoint. The hotel in Agra was the only one that truly felt to me like a 5 star hotel - very beautiful. The time in Jaipur was also very exciting. It felt very short (we were all done with the guide by 1pm) given it is the only place where we spent two hotel nights, I was expecting a bit more. The hotel was fine, it is just a Holiday Inn, which is fine, but I wouldn’t say a 5 star hotel per USA standards - however, it was fine and service was good. The highlight of the entire trip has to go to the driver (Annu). The entire time he always made sure were ok and enjoying ourselves, always had great recommendations, and when we wanted to do anything, he always was ensuring we were taken care of. A wonderful person, and so friendly and professional. If I were back in Delhi, I would definitely want for Annu to be my driver - the best.

Fun and educational time in India

My driver Sunil was amazing, he had to dodge cows, dogs, locals and lots of pot holes. He was alway early for pickup, lots of smiles and just a very good person. All my 3 guides were excellent (Nitin, Manojkumar, Vijay)and all spoke English very well. I has the 5 star hotels and they were all excellent.

Fantastic trip e-2-e. Itinerary is well planned. The service from the local operator Crystal India Holidays is excellent. Amit who leads the operation seem to set high standards for his team. Driver, Rajendir was super good, guides are knowledgeable and connected well with us. This trip is highly recommend for folks who have not visited the Golden Triange (Delhi- Agra-Jaipur).

This was my first trip to India and although I was a bit worried at first since I was a single female travelling on my own, my friendly, helpful and informative driver Surender and tour guides via Crystal India Tours, Amit, Goram and Rasheesh made me feel safe and well taken care of. They explained Indian culture and traditions as well as the sites we visited. I would highly recommend this tour if you only have a few days to tour India. It was wonderful. :
