The 30 minutes allowed for the stop before Coney Island is unnecessary given that everything was closed.

Wow !! I don’t even know where to start. We were blown away at how much knowledge and the whole experience we have take away from this tour. Our tour guide was Alberto !! And he was just fantastic. Very knowledge of all areas and provided 5* experience. You have to book. You won’t regret it. I won’t give too much away but we have really been able to experience the other side to NYC and out the bubble !! Click and pay !! You won’t be disappointed at all. Thank you Alberto. You are a true asset to the company !!

We had an amazing time. Our tour guide, Albert, was friendly, informative, very professional, and had a lot of knowledge about his city. The driver was also excellent We got plenty of time for pictures. I totally recommend this tour; and give it 5 stars.

Look Right, Look Left Bus Tour

This tour was long and disappointing to my party of three. The tour guide was personable, but we did not get enough details with facts on all the burroughs. Also, it was impossible to see the sights he instructed us to see to the left or to the right because we were in the middle of the bus. Our view was totally obstructed by other passengers. Hence, the tour was more an audible experience. The bus needs to be more open, if all passengers are to see landmarks. Additionally, fine tune the path to include longer stops for Harlem and Coney Island. It would be great to include the Barclay Center and more of coastline in the burrough of Brooklyn.

This was a comprehensive and educational tour better than advertised. If you want to see more than just Manhattan (and learn more about Manhattan as well), this tour ties it all together. Our guide was the fabulous and knowledgeable Emmanuel, and our driver was the patient Rafael. We couldn’t have asked for more. This was our second trip to NYC, and wished we’d done it the first time. You will not be disappointed.

- First stop, Apollo Theater - Get empanadas at a bodega in the Bronx - Yankee stadium, City field, Arthur Ashe stadium (Billie Jean King National Tennis Center) and the Unisphere (Gigantic world globe with missing islands and of course it doesn't spin) - Try Nathan's hot dog in Coney Island - last but not least, a well travelled tour guide and story teller, Jorge.

Just perfect tour of the boroughs

Jorge was a font of knowledge throughout the day. Jose was a great driver. There were sufficient stops for bathrooms. The places we went and things we learned were just what we wanted when selecting this tour. Although, we come to Manhattan often, 5is was our first time in the other boroughs.

Our tour guide Emmanuel was great and very knowledgeable but we only had a short time of about 15-20 minutes at most destinations which left us limited time to buy food or take photos. Felt very rushed.

For a first time traveler to New York it was a good way to get to see all the popular spots. I realize that we were covering a lot of places but you felt rushed at every stop. Our tour guide was educated about the areas but continuously remind us of what subway you would need to take if you were late coming back. We paid extra to go to Coney Island and spent the entire 30 minutes in line to get a hot dog. That was a bit disappointing but over all good way to view popular sites

Ther wasn't anything to remember. Due to the horrible traffic, I missed my tour, after giving myself a 2 hr. window to arrive on time. That was not how I wanted to spend my birthday. Then when I called to inquire about a refund, I was bluntly told " to bad, so sad ", the tour had to go on without you. Okay. I get that, but to refuse to give me a refund when I had no control over the situation is just flat out wrong.
