Good tour experience. Only downside was that Blue tour was closed for the day due to Israel parade. Otherwise I would recommend.

The tour company was great at rescheduling our tour after a flight delay, so we were grateful they were accommodating. It was easy to rearrange and easy to find the bus locations. The tour itself was disappointing. The audio tour largely provided no information and often highlighted things about the city that were not historical, but rather focused on entertainment and highlighted things that put NYC in a bad light. We also had difficulty getting on the bus as they were frequently full to capacity.

I really enjoyed the Empire State Building and the 9/11 memorial and museum. Loved I didn’t have to worry about a ride to hear and there and the headphones gave a lot of info for the sites and area!!

We really liked the Bustour in Manhattan! Unfortunately, the busses were sometimes late (why it’s “just 4 out of 5 stars) but overall it’s been great!
Hop on/off isn't what it used to be ... needs the old live guide & microphone, narrating, telling funny stories, etc

Times Square, view of Empire State Bldg, etc. Busses ran consistently, and very reasonable waits for the next bus. Our only complaint is that we didn't have ear buds to hear the prerecorded narrative. Loved this tour when it had live tour guide who used a microphone to narrate, tell funny stories and interesting little known facts.
