    Fui al lugar y horario de recogida y Nunca me buscaron para ir a la excursión! Estoy esperando q me devuelvan el dinero. Todavía no tengo el reembolso.

    Pedimos disculpas por algun invoceniente ocurrido con el tour.- Se le avisó una semana antes que la excursion no saldria, se le pidio varias veces si deseaban la devolucion o cambiar el tour a Washington y no tuvimos respuestas.- Respecto a la devolucion, que si se realizó los primero dias de enero y lo cual se le indicó por telefono.- De enero a marzo no tuvimos ninguna comunicacion con ustedes.- hasta que llamó al parecer tu mamá indicando que no se le habia realizado el pago del tour(cosa que si fue) y tu mamá nos comenzó a tratar super mal por telefono.- Se le indicó que si se habia hecho la devolucion, pero no nos quiso escuchar.- Llevamos años haciendo servicios de turismos y es primera vez que tenemos un problema de esta indole.- Somos super transparente con el trabajo que realizamos y es super fastidioso que nos acusen con algo asi, cuando si se realizó la devolucion.-
