an untimely service

I placed the order two months before for a transfer 8 people from/to JFK - WTC for 500 USD. I Supplied info about Flights (both), hours, pick location (WTC just out WTC station). The day before, you called me and I re-confermed, timing and flight. Nevertheless, we wait for shuttle about 30min at the arrive and 30min to go back. I hoped there would be no problems on the way back but as I told you, we waited for 30 mins ! One of us , took the Subway+AirTrain (from WTC) when we were waiting for shuttle and arrived just 10min after us !! This is the first and probably the last time we use your service.

We were not aware our driver had arrived & he had to wait on us. We were all very tired from our NYC trip. He was very plesant, patient and helpful. He acted as driver and tour guide showing us attractions along the way back to JFK. Great Driver!! Great experience!!

Not the best experience with the transfer of arrival but this departure transfer was excellent. Good confirmation process, very punctual, mini-bus was really comfortable and clean and even had free Wi-Fi to help pass the time. Good job!

Terrible experience

We had a terrible experience with the taxi. We had an all inclusive booking with airport pick up with our name. None of this has happened. We had to call My Sedan ourselves and 2 hours later we were picked up. Return flight we also had an all inclusive booking. We had an appointment with the driver on May 6 at 2:00 am and at 2:30 am he was not there yet, so we are forced to order another taxi for which we had to pay costs again to the airport, not to miss our flight. Now we want our money back and now see if they give it back quickly in a professional way. You will hear from us whether this has happened but we will never book with them again unless they resolve it in a professional manner.

The car arrived 4 hours before the schedule. Then, at the right One , the car didnt appear. The phone service takes 6 minutes to answer, and the call dropped 3 times. After 45 minutes late, the car arrived and parked next street, and I had to carry all my lugagge by myself.

The driver on the way from Newark airport to the hotel in Manhattan, charged us 22$ for toll and 11$ in tip. That was the first thing he said we we got into the car. The car was low-class. The driver we got from the hotel to the airport, was so classy, had a suit and drove a Lexus. He said that all the fees is included when I pre-paid. So we got deceived by the first driver.

They went to the wrong hotel and tried to tell me my hotel didn’t exist. I had to call an Uber at the last minute, which arrived in minutes and was cheaper. They are good for tours, not car service. The mistake happened because they are a third party. Don’t do it!!
