Airport pickup mediocre

Ask for a sedan and it was a minivan, which made it difficult for my wife to get into. While the driver was nice, his seatbelts didn’t work in his car, one was even covered up so you couldn’t hook it up. It’s clear you don’t do much of a pre-inspection of the vehicles that are used.

The driver that picked us up at the airport didn’t want to drop us off at the hotel entrance, he wanted us to cross the avenues at Times Square with the baggage. The driver that took us to the airport was very friendly and accessible.
