    • All guests age 12 and older will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, which means you’ve had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
    • Guests may also show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, meaning the day of your event is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose, which, depending on the type of vaccine, may be one dose or two.
    • Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear a mask. Everyone else will be required to wear a mask while in Radio City Music Hall, except while actively eating or drinking.
    • For all options, anyone 18 years or older will need to also present a government-issued ID such as driver’s license or passport. Those younger than 18 may use a government-issued ID, birth certificate, social security card, school ID, or locally-issued ID.
    • Children under the age of 2 are not required to have a ticket however must not occupy a seat

        I did not received the tickets, hold Line in Radio City for 10 minutes, nobody answered a phone to help me, finally I bought a new ticket for performance and waisted $370

        I would book tickets any other way. Waiting for expensive tickets was nerve wracking. Numerous phone calls, talking to people I could not understand , getting an email from msg informing me tickets were cancelled,asking hotel to helping me with no answer. Finally going to box office before the show we got tickets. We were coming to nyc by train the day before the show and not being able to reach anyone led to anxious moments. Viator is a business I would not recommend to anyone. This was booked thru triple A.

        It sounds like you were having issues downloading the tickets. You received a cancellation when the box office has to resend the tickets. This has nothing to do with the tour or show.

        Just a phenomenal show, thoroughly enjoyed by all in our group! Comfortable seats, awesome special effects, Santa was spot on, and the Rockettes are worth every penny! The nativity scene was so very touching and unexpected. Loved it!

        Absolutely loved the show and was amazed by the different production elements... the stage, sound, and tech. Of course, the Rockettes did not disappoint. The show is a must see and even my teens, who were not excited about going, decided it was one of the best experiences in NYC! Also, the chocolate chip cookies were delicious!
