Driver did all he could to please us. Smooth ride. Beautiful sights. Warm under blanket. Next time in NYC will do it again.
Scammed, paid for a carriage ride and got NOTHING

We DID NOT get a carriage ride from Top Hat. There were at least THREE groups who had signed up and paid for a carriage ride with this same vendor. No one showed up for any of us! We ended up paying for a completely new carriage ride with another carriage, as it was our farewell activity for our NYC trip with our 10 year old granddaughter. Never again! I have used Viator before with great results, but they clearly are not on top of what is happening with this particular tour. This is a SCAM, don’t fall for it!!

Viator overbooked, disorganized at meeting sight. Central Park was not decorated so going through at night was pointless. Driver started playing Christmas music but took a phone call and never put 🎵 back on. Driver argued with traffic patrol. Lights through city were beautiful. It was a good experience overall

Maravilloso!!! Nos encantó lo volveríamos a hacer. Lo único es que al llegar al punto de encuentro no hay un punto de contacto que te indique cual carruaje es el tuyo, por lo que tuvimos que llamar al teléfono de la reserva y allí nos indicaron. Deben llegar a la hora de la reserva no antes así no esperan mucho tiempo.
