Upon reviewing your booking, we noticed you were unable to reach our office for check-in 30 minutes prior to the sail.
Unfortunately, despite our attempt to assist you by phone and direct you to the beach boarding location, you weren't able to connect with our team before the prompt departure at 3:00 PM. Which is outlined in our confirmation email to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all guests.
Our refund policy does not allow for cancellations/refunds within 24 hours of the sail, even in cases of missed boarding.
You did contact our Sales Office after missing the boat and while we empathize with your disappointment, we cannot tolerate profane language and verbal attacks during interactions with our team members. It's important to maintain a respectful and professional environment for all.
