Overview

Explore Oahu's waters on this submarine-style glass-bottom boat ride aboard the Atlantis Submarine. During this family-friendly adventure, learn about the local fish, coral and other animals in this marine habitat through your guide's informative commentary. Please be aware all passengers must be 36" or taller to ride. Descend 100 feet (30 meters) under the surface of the water without getting wet.

What To Expect

Following your arrival, transfer to the boarding zone for the launch that takes you to the submarine dive zone. Arrive at the submarine for your underwater experience. This submarine-style glass-bottom boat that allows crystal clear views of Oahu's underwater activity.

Peer through the boat's panoramic windows at clusters of bright coral and schools of tropical fish. Listen as your guide details the animals and plants that thrive in this spectacular marine environment. View sea turtles, Hawaiian tropical fish and living coral on this family-friendly underwater journey. 

Choose to upgrade your experience to the Premium Submarine Tour. The world's largest 64-passenger submarine offers an enhanced amount of personal space and large viewports. This comfortable environment offers 65% greater viewing area as compared to the smaller submarine.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

What a remarkable and unique experience! 110 feet underwater, and comfortable and roomy as could be, with once-in-a-lifetime views. We saw sharks, sea turtles, even a ray. And not rushed, either - a full 45 minutes under water. Still can't believe an experience like this is possible. Wow!

The whole trip was great from the beach anticipation to arriving seeing the sub emerge then actually on goes down quite fast with no discomfort loved it Saw turtles sharks and lots of other fish big and small

The crew was great. Our guide was very entertaining with jokes and he was also informative. We did get to see a couple of turtles and lots of fish. There were some sting rays, but they were on the other side of the boat. I would recommend this tour!

Amazing Tour!

Jason (if I remember correctly, writing this the day after) was fantastic, as was the entirety of the crew. My wife accidentally got sun screen in her eyes while we were waiting for the tour and the crew was nice enough to hop onboard a few minutes early so she could wash her eyes out. Views underwater were amazing and it was truly a once in a lifetime experience

A real submarine!

Great experience. My family was undecided because we thought the price was a little high. We ended up doing it and it was really cool! He loved every minute of it! We saw many different fish and a few turtles. The announcer on the sub was friendly and funny! So glad we went!

Excellent adventure! A must do while here especially with children. Gives you a whole new look at sealife. They say that only 1% of the world have ever been 100 ft below these depths. Be the 1%!

More communication needed.

We cancelled at the last minute for personal reasons. I called as a courtesy 3 hours ahead in case someone else may like to go. The operator was so combative. All he could talk about was how we could not have a refund. Then 5 minutes before the scheduled time the nice local operator called to see where we were. He had no idea. You should communicate better with you local partners. Someone else could have taken our place.

We not sure exactly what to expect. But we had a terrific time. Lots fish. Turtles and sharks. The ship wrecks and airplane wings were excellent and the narrator was pleasant and knowledgeable. We had an excellent crew from start to finish
