      We loved learning about and tasting the various kinds of chocolate, with and without additional flavors. We decided which we liked best, and then learned how to prepare it - easy! and certainly a skill I will use often at home. Diego is very knowledgeable and fun, speaks English very well. The sandwich was a unique treat and a great way to wrap our session up. We bought some chocolate to take home but it probably won’t last that long. Most memorable, unique and fun experience in Oaxaca.

      We had a wonderful experience during our chocolate tasting. We were engaged during the entire experience and learned about the history of cacaos, tried the fruits during different phases of the process and enjoyed chocolate in different forms including hot chocolate. We even got a special treat at the end which was a toast with strawberries and a "Oaxacan" affogato. Our instructor was conversational and was available to answer questions.

      We had a fantastic time learning all about chocolate and trying the nibs, the bars and the various drinking chocolates! Diego was so informative and the studio is beautiful.

      What a great fantastic chocolate experience, my teacher in all things Oaxaca chocolate was Acomalli from Oaxaca, very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English, do come with an empty belly as the many delicious samples and the snack and dessert at the end were oh so tasty, definitely recommended if you are a chocolate/lover of flavors

      I had a great experience. My instructor was from one of the more villages. I got to learn about his village, their traditions and how they make and use cacao. They also had a translator for me. It was a really fun social experience. I learned a lot about cacao and chocolate making and Oaxaca culture.
