    The guide was very courteous and knowledgeable. Despite the weather he was able to show us the most important sites. He recomended a french restaurant which was excellent.
    An action packed half day in Osaka with Hugo

    Hugo was a superb guide! Our group was a mix of fit young people and slower seniors but Hugo managed to keep us moving along. We enjoyed our trip to Osaka Castle and the Dotonbori district with a side trip through alleys to see streets representing old Osaka and a beautiful shrine. Hugo is knowledgeable and made our half day in Osaka one we will always remember!

    We enjoyed the tour and the local culture and food tour. Would not recommend seeing Running man but enjoyed seeing the crazy street that was thematic...reminded us of a version of Epcot center.

    We had one day to spend in Osaka and Kieran was able to execute on everything we wanted to see. His passion for the city was evident and you could tell he was excited to share his love of Osaka with us. He even took us to a special lunch spot in Tsuruhashi (the Korean District). We would highly recommend Kieran!

    I cannot recommend this tour more highly. Hugo was incredible knowledge about Osaka and showed us a side of the city we would not have been able to replicate on our own. He was patient as we purchased souvenirs and food along the way and even extended an extra hour just to make sure to show us a couple of his favorite spots. We also found him to be so personable and fun to hang out with all day which was a major plus! Our group is pretty well traveled and not typically tour people, but this experience was so unique and memorable. Highly recommend for those visiting Osaka for the first time!

    Kieran is a wonderful tour guide. He took us through the castle grounds, along the cherry blossoms avenue. Gave us the download on Osaka, helpful with restaurant recommendations, food recommendations, all of it. He accompanied us for a local lunch and it was perfect. He navigated conversations for us! He has such a good perspective on Japan and its culture and history. We appreciated his candor and thoughtfulness.

    Perfect tour in Osaka with Hugo, who took us to highlights of city AND also to areas away from tourism. We loved his unique insights and perspective as a European but married to a Japanese for years. A very informative, friendly, fun and flexible tour guide. Highly recommend this experience!

    Kellie was the best! It was so nice to have a guide with a different perspective as an Aussie who has lived in Japan for a long time. She took us places that were off the beaten path and was so accommodating. A private tour allows you to do this and see what you want to see at your pace. I could not recommend this tour more and especially Kellie!

    Had a wonderful time with Kieran. Super friendly and knowledgeable about Osaka and its culture. Great conversation and just overall a kind person. Saw the castle, Korea-town (great local food spot!), Electric town, and Shinsekai. Tour is really flexible, too. Kieran was also very good with my daughter, made her laugh and feel comfortable in the big city. Thanks a ton!

    This was a great experience with a 5-hour tour with Hugo. My family had a great time. Hugo was on time at the Lobby of our hotel ready to start the tour. He knows Osaka and could offer different places and itinerary even of you travel with kids. He also provided us with places to visit on out own the next day. I would recommend Hugo 1000%.

    The itinerary of our afternoon tour was customised to our requirements and we were able to have a relaxing and enjoyable tour, without the rush. We were able to spend as much time as we want to enjoy the scenic and food as well. Hugo was an extremely engaging guy, easy to talk to and was able to share the history and background of the places we visited. He speaks good English. He took us to hidden restaurants that made us feel local. We enjoyed a meal and drinks with him and felt we had made a friend that day. We would strongly recommend engaging Hugo for a tour.
