Paola is an outstanding guide! We had a blast. She taught us so much history in a concise and enjoyable way. The riding was really manageable. The stops were perfectly placed and beautiful! One of the best things we did in Panama!

10/10 MUST DO IN PANAMA CITY

This was probably the best activity I did while in Panama City. The weather was perfect, Maura our tour guide was so knowledgeable, friendly, and made our small group feel like family. My boyfriend and I don’t typically ride bike and this bike ride was so smooth. If you’re worried about riding for a while, don’t be. The ride isn’t hard at all. 10/10 activity. And the ceviche at the end was the cherry on top. I would recommend the 9:30AM time before the streets are too crowded and the sun is 100% out. Regardless, If you’re in Panama City do this bike tour!!

Not plus size friendly

The concept is pretty dope! However, If you are plus size or have any health aliments this is not the excursion for you! Or, you should ask for electric bike option. The length of the route was not explained fully and it could take more than 2 hours or so. Carla was amazing guide though!

Biking in Panama

Carla was very informative. She was sweet and it was a lot of fun. We got in some great exercise while seeing the important sites and hearing the history. The stop for food and drinks at the fish market was a bonus.

Positives: Carla was our tour guide and did a great job of getting us to many locations around the city and providing a history of the area. Negatives: When we arrived it was a bit disorganized. There was a group that was getting ready to leave as we were entering. There were not enough of the proper bikes left for our tour group so some had to get in smaller electric bikes. We also had had to fill the tires with extra air. Liked the tour, just need better organization and bike preparation to start with.

Regarding the issue with bike availability, We're providing E-Bikes at no extra cost was well received due the other customers helped us with a good comment. Our E-Bikes are highly adjustable and comfortable for all participants, making them an excellent alternative. Additionally, we want to assure you that we take tire maintenance seriously. We check the air in the tires every day, ensuring they are at their maximum capacity. However, we understand that some customers may prefer additional air, and we're more than happy to accommodate such requests.

Excellent tour around Panama City! The ride was fun and Jean was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the various histories of Panama, and it was great to learn about how the country has evolved over the years. The tour stopped at several major spots, and it was the perfect way to become acquainted with the city. I highly recommend it.

This was a great tour of Casco Viejo and the Cinta Costera! Mib was knowledgeable about both the history and current events of Panama. Fairly easy biking, suitable for those who don't bike often. A fun way to tour around with great views of the city.
