Sonia and Adrien made my voyage a time to remember. I was traveling solo and they took great care to make sure my experience was the best! Amazing cuisine and wine. The lights of Paris are not to be missed so make sure you take the 8pm dinner cruise. Delightful and Fun live entertainment with the music being a mix of classic French and some American classics.

Paris at night is a sight to behold and breathtaking from the river! Maxim’s dinner cruise from a food, service, entertainment and design interior was very average - and not worthy of the money. For no cost to Maxim’s- they could definitey improve. On a 2 hr cruise, the piano player took (2) 20 minute breaks - with no interim music. The interior lights were too bright, which killed the atmosphere. The food was good(ish) - and the service unattentive. However, I was in good company and the sights were exquisite. Hard to complain about that.

Food was nicer than I expected, really delicious. Staff were nice. Felt rushed at the end. Nothing special, I don’t think the price reflects the experience, would prefer to spend the €300 on a nice meal in a more sophisticated environment. Felt dated but not in a vintage way Good if you want to do a very touristy activity. Probably better suited to Middle aged / older couples.

The river cruise itself was very nice and went a good distance up and down the river seeing many sights and bridges along the way. The highlight was timing the cruise to view the Eiffel Tower lighting up at 10:00pm while circling to view the Statue of Liberty, while the onboard entertainment played New York New York. Food & service were pretty good too.

We both really enjoyed this dinner cruise! Staff was friendly and professional, piano player was talented and fun, food was really good and the views were AMAZING. We were lucky to sit on the left side of the boat and get all of the best views of the city. We floated by other dinner cruises on much larger boats but preferred this smaller and more private experience. Highly recommend and would do this again when we return to Paris.

We had high expectations for the cost and the fact that we sourced luxury cruises. We took the early cruise as we had our 14 year old daughter. It started at 6, we were promptly finished at 7:15pm and it felt rushed the whole time. The food was just ok, definitely not up to the Paris standard that we are used to or expected again for the price. The wine was horrible, this is not a champagne/wine paring, they give you very low quality wine and that’s it. They quickly ended the cruise and the next guests piled on. It was very underwhelming to say the least. We made the best of it and would not recommend this cruise to others that are looking for a beautiful night out with family. I am a sure there are many other, very nice, high quality cruises available.

Rude Rudy Serves Up Mediocrity

The server that checked us in was extremely rude and continued to cut me off every time I responded to his questions about our reservation. Eventually, when it was time to go, less than an hour later, he was very curt in his approach when he told us that “we must leave” because they had another party to get ready for. This was a 45 minute cruise with ok food and a very miserable, rude man who hated life.

This dinner cruise was a huge disappointment. There were a total of 4 people on the cruise including my husband and I. The food was terrible. It was way over priced. The atmosphere was awful. We saw many other boats on the river that were all busy. Obviously other people must have read reviews of this particular cruise that we did not.
