Very nice. Food was OK. Views were excellent. Not rushed. Clean, neat, organized. A little warm could use some additional cooler air. Overall a good excursion. Music/singer was wonderful.

A fun & romantic dinner cruise

Very romantic river cruise! The food was of excellent quality, and they timed it perfectly with the Eiffel Tower lighting up. Great live music, rose petals on the tables. Service was prompt. Only downside were that the tables and chairs were quite small, by US standards. And we both weigh under 200 pounds. So I’d imagine that larger people would have some issues.

No air conditioning

Our waiter was excellent The food was delicious The sights were amazing I don’t give it 5 stars because of no air conditioning We asked several times to turn it on and no one helped us There were many of us up front asking It was cool back by the restrooms but up front it was awful Made the trip unbearable and wanting to get off quickly, couldn’t enjoy the evening

Great but not with shattered glass

This was a beautiful dinner cruise and perfectly romantic in most ways. We were seated at the bow of the boat, first table with best views with rose pedals on the table and champagne waiting. The huge huge disappointment was the shattered window that ruined ALL our photos, even with the professional. We could not work around them other than take side window photos but the glass was dirty. The other downside was it got very hot. Food was delicious. Other drinks were extra as was a beef main meal. Live Music was very good and the scenery was fantastic. I would recommend but not if paying extra for and sitting right up front. Very disappointed in our photos but otherwise had a great time.

A Not-To-Miss Experience in Paris!

This experience exceeded my expectations. The food, service, music and views were all great! I always thought it would be kind of cheesy and not worth the money, but it was totally worth it! And a word of advice, the app took us to the Musee D'Orsay, but the meeting place is just below it on the river.

The loud, unavoidable music they played for the last 20% of the cruise was so distracting and annoying that you couldn't talk to each other or even enjoy the sights. How does that qualify as 'romantic'? Also, rather than simply enjoy the twinkling lights on the Eiffel Tower as we passed, the boat started flashing their own lights INSIDE the boat! And when we passed the smaller Parisian Statue of Liberty, they blasted Alicia Keys' 'New York.' It was bizarre; we were in Paris and they're blasting American music about New York? Why? There were no decks to get fresh air, so it felt like you were in a fishbowl, unable to escape. The food was mediocre. I must admit, the staff were delightful, but seemed kind of ashamed to be part of such a poorly-conceived attraction. I truly wonder if we were safe (from fire etc) on that boat. I have taken Bateaux Mouches in the past, and shockingly, this one was more expensive and felt like you were being held hostage at a loud, cheap kid's party. Do not go.

Deceive food claims in advertisement than it served

One of the worst part is the company is deceived the statement in the description of the food listed then they served is totally different . We purchased because it stated " Duck and trio meals and it was totally different. ". I spent an hour looking different company that served those dinner and this one catches me and more expensive but i booked because the food listed attract me. It is a deceiving to do business! We paid high price for the food listed. But your serve different food that is very terrible! It was our honeymoon dinner! And we higher price and get garbage ! Very disappointing, my friend asked me how was it and he was planning to book for September . How can i refer him when i get a terrible experience?! I hope your company stop deceiving consumers of your advertising! Better business bureau should audit your claims to consumer. Because that is a lie!

Soaked and Irritated

We were put at the front of the boat with flowers on our table. That was great. However, it was really sunny and we were on an enclosed glass boat with no windows, no shades or no blinds. The clients at the front and back of the boat were sweating and just roasted. There was very little air conditioning and on the boat for 3 hours. The wait staff offered no solutions and everyone was soaked when leaving the boat. I believe that the tour directors should make the guests aware of these circumstances on the boat. Many people could get sick or faint. Very nice dinner, wait staff was great but the boat temperature was unbearable.

Horrible experience. Interior temperature of glass boat was over 90 F. Even though exterior temperature was 72! No Air conditioning and no outside air. Additionally, My wife is still sick from the fish!!! Requested refund. Usually very happy with Viator, but this was terrible. Please remove from your tours.

Terrible food

The food was just terrible. We were three couples so tried all of the available dishes. All of them were very poor through to the dessert. The cruise itself was nice and the sparkling Eiffel Tower at 2300 was spectacular but would not recommend due to the quality of food.

Unkind Staff

A very bad rain storm (and lost cab) caused us to be two minutes past boarding. Passengers noticed us standing at the dock as they sat in the port and the crew ignored us. A man carrying a flag who worked for the cruise looked at us approach the boat and just walked away without further acknowledging us. Two workers in a booth tried to charge us an additional 100 euros to board the next cruise after already paying 278 euros for the initial cruise. Not one employee tried to help us. All three dock side staff were incredibly nonchalant and unkind. We were treated very poorly!

DO NOT pay for this cruise I'm a tourist i depend on uber to arrive so i arrived 10 minutes before the cruise left and they did not let me board and they did not even give me my refund they are not thoughtful with the customer literally they don't care about you
