Great views but underwhelming service and food

I have mixed feelings about this experience. The boat itself was really nice, we had a beautiful table by the window right at the end of the boat. The sights were gorgeous, the Eiffel Tower was spectacular! The vibe and the music was awesome. The service was not great though, they are just not attentive to their guests needs. I was made to wait for a table without explanation while people that came after me were seated. The salt container had pepper in it, I asked for tobasco and it never came until I finished the meal. The same waiter came to take our order twice! He had forgotten that he took our order already. The food itself was underwhelming! I would try a different service provider if I wanted to do the experience again!

if I could give a zero I would. I was forced to cancel because the air traffic controllers in France threatened to strike, and our airline informed us that our flight has been canceled. When we were forced to rebook, we had to leave before our boat tour. The cancellation process for Viator is confusing, unresponsive, and bottom line. They didn’t help us at all.

Hidden charges that they will give you the bill at the end of cruise. I am sure that I booked dinner with champagne but we just got cup of champagne. After paying $391 for that dinner, we were charged for water that we were not told it will be charge. Ordered for well done steak and I was given medium rare even after I returned it.

Awesome time! It was a wonderful way to see some of the sights, enjoy a meal and relax. There was live music; the singer was great! It was just the right amount of food and time (hour and a half). Staff was very welcoming. Really enjoyed!

I loved everything about this cruise! The size of the boat was perfect and it was very clean. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. Our waiter Paul was outstanding. There was a woman singing on the boat and she did a fabulous job. We had a blast!

Fine Cruise, Tourist Trap

Not worth the money. Paid $300 and then they try and sell you more from the start overpriced taxi home, then an unsolicited photographer for $25 a photo, then demand you leave a tip for the standard service (nowhere else in the country expects a tip). The description states a bottle of champagne per couple is included, we were given only a glass and the rest required a purchase. You’d get better value making this walk yourself along the river path and getting dinner at any other place you find.

Having done another dinner cruise from the same company before, this cruise was good but sort of felt like the servers and entertainer both were just sort of going through the motions. Still a good time, just not magical.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. We’ve been on other dinner cruises on the Siene and this one was smaller and more intimate, with nice music and friendly staff.

The main course and appetizer food was very good which prompted the 3 star rating. However the boat was super crowded. They didn’t bother to set the table it was like someone just dropped some silverware on the the on the extremely small bistro table that had to serve as our dining table. Bread and champagne were at the table on arrival but must have been there a while as champagne was flat and bread was stale. The Paris sites were lovely but it was a quick trip for the money.

This is a money grab and nothing more. We missed the boat due to Paris metro outages and delays. Immediately I called customer service to see what could be done. Without even listening to what happened the agent told us no refunds would be given. This is a $200 cruise. I told her o could price we left on time (train ticket time stamps) and that we did do everything possible to make the cruise, she read the script and told us she would escalate the complaint. We are left with no refund, not even an offer to credit us for another trip. I will never recommend this to anyone else. There is no recourse and they absolutely do not care about the money spent to take these excursions. It would be one thing of this was intentional but truly it was beyond our control. No reputable company simply refuses to help clients. Honey didn’t try, she seemed truly disinterested. Things happen as they did for us, but to take $200, feels wrong and predatory. I will never recommend anyone take use this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
