It was difficult to find the meeting place, but the office was in contact and we met at the first stop. The guide Heloise was excellent.

Wonderful! But don’t panic if you don’t get your admission immediately. Takes a few hours!

Wonderful guide!!! Do not worry about not receiving a pdf admission right away. As a local company it takes hours to secure the ticket and process. We worried and contacted Viator for no reason. It really was such a great experience! But if you wait until the last minute as we did, know it takes a few hours and give them grace!

This is one of the most memorable sites especially until Notre Dame reopens in December 2024. Our guide Matthew was exceptional. When you’re on a tight schedule and traveling with children, there is nothing greater than priority entry and an engaging guide to bring historical sites to life.

St. Chapelle was incredibly wonderful!! The added of the prison was okay. Our guide Mathew was difficult to understand, because of his accent. More time with St. Chapelle, and less with the prison.

Very worth it! Great experience and would certainly recommend. Very interesting learning about and seeing the concergie and saint Chappell. Our guide was great and the headphones they give you make it easy to hear even when he is ahead.

Incredible Experience and Tour Guide

I want to begin by the discussion I had with another couple on this tour. After looking at the line that we were able to pass to enter Sainte Chappelle, he said, "worth every dollar". I personally cannot understand why someone would waste precious time standing in line for hours on end when they can skip the line with a knowledgeable tour guide and not only get into the sights as easily and quickly as we did, but also learn so much of the history of the site. Now, onto the tour. First and foremost, WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES! Our guide was incredible! She walked us through the small charming alleys of Paris, took us by a notable cafe, and really brought the area to life! We were even able to listen to a Parisian (owner of one of the local cafe's) sing opera in an alley way (unexpected to us and the guide). Once in Sainte Chappelle, the guide explained the architecture of the building, the history, and all of the main historical facts surrounding it. We were also able to spend time outside of Notre Dame as it had not opened yet, but the guide showed us the best areas for pictures while we were there. An absolute MUST DO while in Paris.

Cecile was our guide and awesome, request her if you can. She had a strong command of the topics, was friendly and the tour content was as advertised. Guides can make or break a tour, in this case she made it all work. Despite a mixed group of approx 20 people and bad weather, Cecile made sure we saw everything, she had great information and was approachable to interact with. The highlight for our family was the Saint Chapelle, beyond the beauty of the Stained Glass, Cecile had stories and information about the how, why, when and we spent a lot longer (in a good way) inside then we expected. Book this without concern and ask to get Cecile as your guide.

Great tour, unexplained card charges after tour

I would have given them a much better rate but I saw that $14 was charged after the tour. I saw the list of things they covered and things they didn’t so I see no explanations
