        The audio seemed to be an outdated Rick Steves narration. I’m not a Rick Steve’s fan, I’m quite sure he’s not an expert in impressionist art, he’s more all things to all people in my book. It was impossible to follow since all his directives were incorrect. Pretty disappointing. We just turned him off after 5 minutes.
        I felt very priveledged to be in such a palatial world class environment

        Skipping the line was a bonus. Audio tour was helpful. Beautiful art work and restaurant on 5th floor (by giant clock) was affordable and delicious.

        I had a terrible time getting the tickets I paid for. The email that was sent had an option to download a PDF of the tickets. The PDF was information telling me that it was not a ticket. I was then directed to the Viatour app to access my tickets and that didn’t work as I had unstable internet connection and was eventually locked out. There was no help on the app, nor was there a number or email address to contact. Fortunately there was an email address on the PayPal site I was able to use. Some hours later I finally received an email with the PDF of the tickets.

After booking the ticket takes time to be shared with you, which is a standard practice across Europe.

        Turns out this ticket doesn’t work the first Sunday of the month- there is a special ticket you need to get, the woman at the entry took out on us and let us in , so all was not lost.

        Hier waren noch Tickets verfügbar obwohl auf der Museum Homepage keine Tickets mehr erhältlich waren. Die Tickets sollte man unbedingt im Voraus kaufen - die Wartezeit am Ticketschalter ist sehr lang.
