OK experience but stressful! Read other reviews and decide

I would advise those considering this ticket to read other reviews carefully and make up their own mind. Whilst I DID receive my tickets for the louvre, I did so because after reading the experiences of others detailed in 1 star reviews, I called many hours ahead to request they be emailed to me. When the initial email did not work, I called again and had them delivered to another email address. The agents on the phone were more than helpful, but the amount of work to get a ticket that is described as being sent to you seemed unnecessary. It certainly added stress to the experience, where there could have been none. The Louvre ticket is also not “skip the line” as each time slot has its own dictated line at the museum, where you will line up with everyone else. The cruise aspect of this experience was great, ticket delivered and much easier to navigate. My suggestion would be to prepare ahead of time and buy your louvre ticket time slot from the museum directly. This may not be doable if you’re trying to get a ticket for the same week or same month of your visit, but it would be the less stressful choice!

Totally unrecommendable. I never received valid tickets, lost the entire afternoon trying to resolve the problem, through different channels, and never got to enter the museum. Support was unhelpful. Unacceptable experience. The email which was resent over and over by Viator had a link which did not work, in any way, not manually, not with different engine searchers, nothing. The same happened with the app - did not provide access to the tickets. No valid way to receive real tickets ever arrived. The repeated loop did not allow download of pdfs nor provide a valid link for the purpose. Communication is impossible, time consuming and ineffective. Customer support is inexistent. Can’t even find a way to ask for a refund. Kindly at least refund the value of the tickets that was paid. Will remember not to use Viator again.

We had one day in Paris and wanted to visit the Louvre, booked more than 24hrs in advance and there was availability of a ticket - I never received the tickets and we were turned away at the front gate without a sight of the museum or the river!! Additionally, when you call the customer support, you don’t even talk to Viator, just a 3rd party who can see what you see and can’t help with anything. Won’t be using Viator again

Convenient ticket package the Louvre but ensure you queue up in the right line! Seine cruise tickets have a long expiry date and can be scanned at the terminal without further validation - which is helpful.

The Louvre and Seine were both excellent. The Louvre housed some of my favorite artworks of all time in addition to the Code of Hammurabi, and the Seine was beautiful at night.

I enjoyed seeing the Mona Lisa. The river cruise was great. Go to the Louvre early or buy reserved tickets. We didn’t have to wait that long but lines were long if you didn’t have pre bought tickets or reserved tickets. If you’re short on time, I would definitely buy reserved tickets so you can skip the line if people who have pre bought tickets. Well worth the extra money.

Once inside Louvre it was amazing.

I have to say I am extremely disappointed in the service I received and would like some sort of compensation, I bought this as a little part of myn and my wife's honeymoon, I had received the voucher emails etc straight away, however, it said on the email I would receive my tickets for me to print off or use on my phone between 24 hours and at least 2 hours before my booked trip to the louvre, I had to get in touch with a viator/ europe tourism representative to be able to get my tickets, by the time I had received my tickets at 20 past 2, we were nearly too late to get into the louvre, and considering I was originally planning on using the boat ticket in the morning we ended up not having time to use that, which was deeply disappointing, the representative that I dealt with also didn't seem very apologetic that we had almost missed the entrance into the louvre and had to try and explain the situation to a louvre representative so we could be let in. We were only in Paris for 2 days and it has definitely put a unnecessary stress on both of us on what is supposed to be a relaxing time, and has severley annoyed me. we were given no information as to where we could go to speak to vendor of viator or anything. Extremely dissapointed

This is a scam. Louvre does not honor redeemable coupons.

The redeemable coupon provided by Viator was not an authorized Louvre ticket. Viator did not provide a “redemption location” for the coupon. We had to buy tickets directly from the Louvre. This is a scam and Viator refuses to refund the transaction stating they provided tickets.

I bought this tour just because of the description skip the line. Whoever will tell u that in louvre they have skip the line. They are lying like this europe tour company. They submit ur ticket 2H before the visit time. I wrote them where is description about skop the line before the visit. No answer! I called them on a day of visit standing in front of Louvre. Answer was description is wrong, ur package doesnt provide skip the line. Check the tour description. They edited it. But for their bad I had all the screenshots with “skip the lined guaranteed “description. Liars! Dont recommend to deal with liars and feed liars!

Unless you want to spend hours on the line outside the pyramid to get in the Louvre this is not the tour for you. This tour only gives you access to the tickets that you can get online yourself. There is absolutely no guidance and you need to buy the (optional) audio guide (5euros) once you get into the louvre.

Skipping the line at the Louvre was super great since the line was so lo my when we arrived. We were able to take our time in the museum as the boat ticket works for the whole day. We were also 30 minutes late to the museum and there was no problems. Definitely worth it
