      Don’t buy tickets through Viator

      Do not buy tickets thru Viator… they did not work, pdf did not download. As I scrolled thru the multiple.. unnecessary emails from Viator, with the museum staff.. trying to find an actual ticket…. The staff finally gave up and just let me in. VIATOR IS NOT the WAY to buy any tickets in Paris!!

      Beware! We needed to cancel our trip to Paris for good reason. Refunds are not made even if you cancel more than one month in advance.

      The Museum was very nice and organized. We came to see the Monet’s but were impressed with the other exhibits. Highly , recommend.

      Great value for money. A chance to see Monet’s Water lillies and a good selection of classic art works in an easy to mange museum that takes no more than 2 -3 hours.
      Viators tickets didn’t work

      Viators tickets didn’t work for us and several others. The museum had no workaround and had to buy a second ticket.
      It was "rip off" had to pay again - would not accept the "voucher" or whatever it was

      Getting ripped off was not pleasant. Your communications are very strange. Paying is easy but getting a ticket and not just a "voucher" is not easy. Had to pay again!

      We had to pay again because the museum could not give us tickets in exchange for the voucher Viator sent. They said they have had a lot of problems with Viator not sending people the correct information . It’s easy just to go in and pay, so don’t bother with viator

      We decided we wanted to visit musée de l’Orangerie the next afternoon but the sessions were all sold out. After checking the web, I saw that Viator had tickets for a reasonable price. We had no difficulty downloading the tickets and walked past the long queue to get straight in at our allotted time with no problems at all.
      The Viator app is a pain in the apps

      We had a terrible time trying to pull up the tickets. Even the manager at the ticket counter had such a hard time that he gave up & let 2 of us in for free. The Viator app is very frustrating. The museum is perfect. It’s a small quick tour that allows us plenty of time to go sight seeing the rest of the day

      Two large ovoid rooms offering an immersive experience of Monet's Water Lilies are the highlight of this museum, but don't sleep on the rest, featuring temporary exhibitions from renowned artists and a wonderful collection of work by Matisse, Cezanne, Renoir and more of Monet's contemporaries. A much more intimate setting than the Louvre just a few minutes away, it's a don't miss if you enjoy art.

      Honestly, as much as I was excited to see the Water Lilies, especially after a day trip to Giverny, if I didn’t have Skip the Line tickets, I would have totally skipped the hour long wait to purchase tickets. They could also do a better job moving people in and out of the space. Monet intended the viewing of his painting to be a quiet meditative experience, but generally people have no sense or home training.. FACTS. Lol

      Museum was great, but the tour operator did not get the tickets to us. We had to talk our way in. We were told this often happens. Viator needs to select a better tour operator

      We had some issues retrieving the tickets on a mobile phone. Only one person in our party could retrieve the tickets on their mobile phone.
