    We meet in front of the main entrance of the BHV Department Store, located at the crosspoint of the streets Rue de Rivoli and Rue de Temple, just across from Hotel de Ville. Your guide will be waiting with a sign of 'Walks In Europe'. We recommend using the metro due to traffic.

Benjamin was our tour guide with Benoit assisting. Both were personable and informative and We learned a lot. Very good tour.
Disappointing

The guide gave us long speeches about the history of the Jews of Paris/ France but didn't really seem to know much about the area we were walking through. He wasn't really able to point out much about the area we were in so it was really more of a history lesson than a walking tour. If you know your modern history of the Jews then this isn't really the trip for you.
Mediocre tour; you won't learn much

The tour guide provided a lot of opinion, but not enough facts. While we walked all over the Jewish neighborhood of Marais, we were not given much information about how people lived, communal institutions, life, work, etc - neither then, nor now. The initial stops by the City Hall and the river were of little use to the topic. So, just mediocre. Try someone else.

We thought that our tour guide Benjamin was so lovely and super smart. He was terrific and did his job well. I didn’t feel like it was a “jewish walking tour” of the marais. There was a lot more cultural things, that could have been intertwined into the tour. Synagogues for example

Seeing the street with All the kosher restaurants and bakeries. Also the dryfess statue Guide was knowledgeable
