NEVER USE VIATOR!

I would give a 0 stars if it was an option. My tour guide never showed up. I waited 30 minutes in the designated spot. I called the support team who kept me on hold for 40 minutes while trying to figure out where the tour guide was, with no luck. I texted directly with the tour guide he did not respond, four times! I shared all of my screenshots of this communication with viator, in addition to a detailed explanation of events. To add insult to injury, Viator rejected my refund request without even LOOKiNG at all of my supporting documentation. This is outrageous! I will NEVER use viator again and am considering legal action for the waste of my vacation days, time and stress that this hs caused me.

Our guide Isabelle was just THE BEST! She really knows the heartbeat of Le Marais- she gave us tons of recommendations for shopping food the best coffee the best cheese. She knows so much about the history of the area- we learned a lot! She is very personable- we loved our time with her. Please pass this onto her!❤️

Six stars Paolo, you're the best!! Had a great afternoon with a kind and extremely knowledgeable guide named Paolo. Great tour of a beautiful part of Paris. Saw places and learned history that would have gone otherwise unnoticed during our walks. Paolo pointed out so many amazing places and was truly a great host and guide. Merci Paolo!!!

We enjoyed our time with our guide! He knows so much about Paris, historically and architecturally. The perfect person to guide us around to the most important spots to see in the city. Paolo,a very personable and enthusiastic guide, with a wonderful personality and background, gave us a wonderful perspective and walk through of Le Marais as a private tour. One if our best tours and we stayed 5 days and experienced tours evety AM and PM for all of those days.

Guide fort sympathique cela avait même commencé nous avions une réservation la veille mais le guide n’est jamais venu. Mais notre interlocuteur Viator a pris les choses en main et dès le lendemain nous avions une nouvelle visite ou puisque nous partions le soir!Merci
