The Parisian Shopping Experience offers guests access to our private lounge, a dedicated concierge service, fast-track payment and tax refund service, delivery of in-store purchases to your hotel or residence in Paris, complimentary drinks, a voucher to have a snack at one of our restaurants, international magazines, a tote bag, access to Wi-Fi and bathrooms. For security reasons, we do not store your luggage for you but we do understand that this posed a problem and will see what we can do to better accommodate our customers.
