In the event that your hotel does not have a pick-up service, we will let you know the closest meeting point the afternoon before the tour by sending a message to your telephone or a notification to the email address indicated in your reservation. If you select the "Meeting point Cancun" or “Meeting Point Playa del Carmen” option, you must arrive at one of our meeting points in Cancun or Playa del Carmen. The afternoon before the tour we will notify you of the closest meeting point to your accommodation.Please indicate in the requirements the hotel or place where you are staying to provide you the nearest meeting point to pick you up.
