This was AMAZING! The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we had a great time. The coral and fish were beautiful. Definitely a highlight of our family's trip to Puerto Plata. I would absolutely do this again with this tour company.

Fantastic beach trip snorkeling

Richard was great, picked us up and shared so much information about the area. Franklin was hilarious and made the snorkeling part of the trip so fun. They sent a nice group of pictures to capture our memories. Definitely recommend this company to others!

We went out on the small boat with others and went snorkeling in clear blue waters with lots of different species of fish, octopus, etc, we also saw some statues they are dropped off the coast which was interesting

False advertising! I was told I would be getting a larger boat similar to a catamran. We got a small fishing boat for 10 people. We were not allowed to bring a towel. I was very specific and informed them of the 10 people . The ride there was small van and had us crammed in there for over a hour. The advertisement also says drinks and snacks were included. We got a warm water . NEVER AGAIN.

Thanks for taking the time out to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. However, nowhere it says that you will go out on something similar to a catatmaran, as you can see on the pictures we use a speed boat that can take up to 14 people for the snorkeling tour. The drive is 45 minutes to an hour from the port as the tour starts from Sosua. If you recheck the viator site it is marked that NO drinks and food / snacks are included.
Snorkel fun!

We were promptly picked up at 9am from the hotel for the excursion from Puerto Plata and taken to the boat to start snorkeling in Sosúa. Guides were in the water with us the entire time. He spotted an octopus & beautiful fish. Highly recommend this snorkeling tour.

Great tour with great people! The staff was very friendly and they were patient with those that had never snorkeled before! The take great pics and video with a GoPro and send them to you via WhatsApp for free! Thanks so much for the great experience!
