Transport is NOT included in price. If you need pick up please call us to confirm pick up location, price and time. Driver will contact you if any changes. Must meet driver at hotel lobby. Transportation cost it’s not included.

Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

So the service was impeccable and top notch. The diving was not as good hints the 3 rating. Not a lot to see and visablity wasn’t super good. I would use again but defiantly a different site. Some dives are better than others and these were less than on the boring side for sure

They cancelled my drive the night before.

They will cancel your drive if it doesn't fill up. This wastes your time and perpetration. You might have better luck not getting cancelled on weekends.

Scuba at Puerto Rico was great. However the website mentioned that the price included hotel pick up and drop off, but we were charged by the third party 80 $ who provided transport. Maybe visitor should correct this in their website!

The cost for transportation is not included in the diving cost. We clearly state that in the description of the tour but I guess the way Viator set it up was a bit tricky to see. So we apologize for that and we will see how we can make this more clear. We hope to see you again in the future.

Good dive experience, no transportation included

Most important thing - transportation is NOT INCLUDED, despite what Viator says. If you’re staying in San Juan, you need to either rent a car or pay the dive shop for transportation - about $100 each way. If multiple parties end up needing transportation, they’ll split the cost per person (we paid about half the cost to split with another group), but if no other group is going you’ll pay the full cost. Aside from the transportation issue, the dive is a lot of fun and the dive masters are all well trained and great at finding sea life. We felt very safe and looked after both on the boat and in the water. The boat is huge which helped my wife keep from getting sea sick (always an issue on small boats when idling right before or right after the dive). The crew were all friendly and very helpful in getting everyone set up and tearing down after. The dive sites had quite a lot of sea life, including lots of coral, rays, and a ton of turtles. The planned route covered a lot of area and ensured we weren’t too tired on the swim back. I really only had two criticisms of the experience. One is that there is no pro-active communication before the day of the dive - we had to call the day before to get transportation details (we emailed beforehand but got no response) and that’s when we found out that transportation wasn’t included. The other is that a handful of the other divers were very experienced underwater photographers who wanted to stop and photograph every little thing, even when some of the less experienced divers were running low on air. The dive master did not establish firm protocols and did not exercise authority over the experienced divers after he communicated that it was time to turn back. At no point did I feel unsafe or that anybody was in danger. However, I was annoyed with the lack of discipline or consideration for other divers shown by those few and I wished the dive master had been more firm with them.

Had a great time. First dive was ok, but second dive was much better. Guys were awesome, a little serious but all good. My wife wanted instructions in Spanish but after they said everything in English they gave her in Spanish but like the real condensed version, so she felt a bit slighted but all good. Thx
