Recommendations: Bring only the essentials, space is limited; you must wear: water shoes, flip flops or tennis, necessary when boarding and landing (you will get wet); hat; Swimwear; sun protection shirt; Bermuda; Sunglasses.

The person who makes the reservation is responsible for informing all their companions about the arrival time, requirements and all the information pertinent to the excursion.
If you suffer from any medical condition; If necessary: Ask your doctor for authorization and mention it when making the reservation, go prepared with medications.
It is not allowed: • Hitting the unit against any object, jumping from the unit or damaging it. • If by negligence you cause any damage to the unit, the person who made the reservation will be responsible.
No smoking, drugs or alcoholic beverages.
We reserve the right of admission.
The tour is conducted on double Chiliboats, while individual units are intended to accommodate odd-numbered groups. Weight limit per participant: 260 pounds | Total maximum weight capacity: 480 pounds | Suitable for heights: from 4 feet 0 inches to 6 feet 5 inches.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The tour got cancelled twice due to high winds and then we had to take the refund..we lost 2 days because we could not plan for anything else on those days.. we were very disappointed..

Since you book this is explained in the cancellation policy. Working in the aquatic environment and being outdoors all the time, we study and learn about the weather and maritime conditions, but we cannot control it. It is our duty to take quick action and inform you, just as I personally did by call, text and email. We gave you options and you mentioned rescheduling for the next day. I assure you that cancelling was a decision made with your safety and the rest of your group in mind. I even shared names of applications and mentioned that there was a Warning due to sea conditions for you to take into consideration if visiting beaches around. We're sorry you didn't appreciate that. You can trust that we want to work because we love what we do and want to show others the amazing sights around us but our priority is to ensure that all clients and crew enjoy a safe and pleasant experience. I hope you can understand our position on this and that in the future we can provide you with a fabulous experience with better sea conditions and weather in the magnificent Old San Juan tour. We were responsible during the situation and immediately notified you and requested a refund to your booking platform so you could do other activities. Once again I emphasize we regret not having been able to provide your party with the experience and that at the end of the day you penalize us, a small local family owned business for ensuring your safety. The most memorable part was when the "tour" guy, who didn't give me a tour at all, left me to float away alone from all the boats waves and I was scared and his response was "actually it's a smooth day."

Danielle; We have also received your similar comments from Google, but with another name about this supposed experience with us, but I am forced to say that in this particular case, the only Danielles who booked our Old San Juan experience: one didn't show up, but the rest of her friends did; and the other one had a great time last week doing a solo tour with amazing weather conditions and we have pictures as proof. "So, I'm thinking, why make false statements about us?" Our tour is a sightseeing activity of the most important attraction of Puerto Rico, that clearly you don't even mention, and host makes a lot of effort to put everything together to receive, guide, explain, ensure each participants safety and best of all, gives the best souvenir of Puerto Rico you will receive. We take very seriously the integrity of our service, and it deeply concerns us when wrong information is spreaded trying to damage our business, same that we have built with dedication and lot of effort. We understand and value that constructive criticism is a natural part of the process, but false statements are unfair and damage the confidence of the reviews system as people look for your credibility. A mellow, scenic excursion

We were the only people signed up for our timeslot, so our guide took us out for a nice, leisurely ride. The chiliboats are easy to use and fun. You get some excellent views of things like the original entry gate to the city and, of course, El Morro.

Great outing but pricy for paddle boats.

We had a blast peddling around the bay and looking for sea turtles as they poked their heads out of the water. It was a beautiful day, and the waves were calm as we went all around the bay; I would definitely recommend this outing. The directions said to come 45 min early, which we did, but no one was available to greet us until right before the outing. They should take these directions out. Our outing was good, but I would have liked more historical background on what we were seeing as we went around the bay. I feel like this excursion is a bit pricy for essentially paddle boats.

We appreciate that you have arrived early, this is something that we must always emphasize to prevent you from arriving late and delaying groups when there is more than one booked, since traffic in the area is unpredictable. Imagine for a moment that because you did not have references, you arrive at the exact reserved time, then fill out the responsability waiver, put away your belongings, we prepare each participant, do a safety talk and take everyone to the water; all that might take 15 minutes or even more, depending on the number of people. We must anticipate all of this, for this reason, we will always request that early arrival, so preparations are made in advance, you don't loose your booking money and you have from 45 minutes to 1 full hour of a wonderful excursion. In addition to this, we offer the alternative of taking photos as a gift and what better souvenir to take back home than that? We regret that you did not consider all this when giving us 4 stars, and think that it is not worth its price. Our employees put a lot of effort to give you the best treatment and guide you in a one of a kind healthy activity, while appreciating the fabulous views of El Morro and the Old city (as your booking platform explains in the activity reference), ensuring your safety on our high-performance water bikes: Chiliboats and that for us is worth much more. We appreciate your words and defitively will consider in improving our efforts.

This is so worth it!!! We loved every minute of it seeing Old San Juan in a different way!! The aquatic bikes are so easy to use and get on and off on. Also great photo opportunity. Jose took wonderful photos of us and made this experience memorable for my boyfriend and I. Jose was great guide. We would so do this again.
