Once you arrive at the airport contact us for free with whatsapp, so we know that you did, we will wait at the airport an hour after the flight's arrival to hear from you or for you to come out of the airport. if not it will be a no show. Contact us a day before the departure date to confirm the next day's pick up time, we will wait 10 minutes after the scheduled and confirmed pick up time at the Hotel's lobby or accommodations. if you are not ready, there is a $10 usd charge for every 10 minutes there after.

Wonderful service + Amazing Driver!

We had the airport-hotel service through this company in Punta Cana, DR and it was just perfect. There was constant communication via Whatsapp - showing us the picture of who would be our driver, providing his name, having a sign with our name on it at the airport. It was worry free. As my husband uses a cane and has difficulty walking and sitting - the driver we had (Disla) was fabulous. We had him on both trips to/from airport and he was so caring of my husband...getting us a wheelchair, helping him in and out. Would highly recommend this company and their service!

Great Transfer Service

This transfer was great! We took a round trip transfer from airport to hotel, and back. It was a great experience. The drivers were timely, handled our baggage for us, the SUVs were luxurious and very clean. Couldn't have asked for a better transfer, will use them again in the future!

Great ride, no issues. Driver was a nice guy, spoke limited English, but that was no issue. I could have done without the guy walking with our driver on the way to the car that was begging for $$, but oh well.

Attempted Highway Robbery/Extortion

I want a complete refund. The driver got there ans tried to extort and extra $265 US from me. When I refused to be extorted for the extra money he left. I had to pay cash for a cab to get to my destination. I spoke to someone from the provider and they tried to substitute a minivan for $200 with nonprood od cancellation of old booking before reqiesting I pay for the new booking directly ro them. What I expected but no water upon arrival or pick up.

The vehicles are what I expected. Not new, always check engine and tire lights on. On time which is key. No water on arrival. That was the average.

All our vehicles are new and clean, no check engine and tire lights on. We are always on time , we do not have any description, where we say that we have water in our vehicles . all you had to do for us to bring you anything that you would like is to ask us before hand , or you would ask the driver , there is a cafeteria in each of the terminals , where you may get water, soda, coffee.
