Booked last minute on way to destination. They were very accommodating even though I booked so late. Kept in constant communication , were fast to reply when I texted them . Was very easy to find outside of the airport , even had a sign with my name on it . Driver got us there quickly and safely; everyone for the company was very nice and informational about my trip to the DR. Would highly recommend using this service for any trip to Punta Cana.

The transfer was quick and mostly easy. It can be difficult to locate your driver with so many different companies outside the airport, but after a few minutes I found the company and it was smooth sailing from there. I have used the company twice in DR and would definitely use them again.

Our greeter at the airport was very friendly and easy to locate. He told us four minutes until our ride arrives ( we were early) and he was spot on. He accomplished us to the pickup spot. Iur driver was very friendly and gave us a guided tour en route to rexort. Vehicle was clean and had a/c.

We booked 2 one way transfers from the airport to Punta Cana Princess and then from the resort back to the airport. We paid $25 total for 4 adults each way. This price was by far the best compared to all other transports. The vans were nice enough with competent drivers. We had to wait about 20 mins at the airport when we arrived, but they were right on time at the resort to take us back to the airport. The only complaint was I wanted to change my pickup time after I booked the transport reservation. I sent an email and attempted to call. Neither worked and I was unable to make the change. Not a huge deal, but kind of a bummer cause it shortened our time at the resort a little. Otherwise a good experience. Would book with again.

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and they was still there waiting on us. Only had to wait 5 minutes for our driver to pull up. Very nice and pleasant. The van was clean and cool for our 15 minute ride. Pickup was a breeze as well.

We booked a round trip transfer and paid thru Viator but on the day before the transfer I got a text that I MUST pay $60 at the airport because our hotel is in a different zone but I wish that they would let people know ahead of time to prevent last minute stress since we were travelling that day.Also, per their instruction somebody was supposed to meet us with a placard bearing our name but that did not happen so we had to call and ask for the van’s name or logo just so we know what to look for since there were tons of different vans from different companies at the meeting point which caused more stress. Other than that the transfers were good, the van was nice and clean and the drivers were commendable! I hope that this review will be relayed to them and they will listen to these observations to better the services for other people who would be using their services!
