We were beyond surprised by how great this club/show was!! We thought it was a show and then a club after. Nope the show goes on during the club. It was amazing how they interact the show with a club. Music is for everyone from Sean Paul to Michael Jackson to KISS to Enrique Iglesias to James Brown to Soca. They literally have something for everyone. You and your grandma can enjoy the show and party lol. Drinks ehh. Gold membership is a must if you want to have a seat. Trust me you want a seat. It starts at 9pm and ends at 1 30 and it is non stop. The price is a little pricey but very much worth it. This is age/gender/every race appropriate. College kids, mid aged couples, Bachelorette parties, birthday party,anniversary party, girls trip,guy trip,couples everyone i said can enjoy this at the same damn time lol. Make sure to check this out. You won't be disappointed.

This was so fun! My boyfriend and I got the gold package and it was well worth it! We never had to get up for drinks bc we had our own waiter. And you get your own seats. It can get pretty crowded and we went on a Sunday lol. After anwhile you get tired of standing tbh. And there’s also levels to the place and when you get the gold you get to sit high and see better. And also the show was amazing! It’s so fun and interactive. The shows were all so amazing and the music to vibe through in between was amazing! I’m 26 and was lit. There’s stuff for everyone.

Fix the Transfer Process

The pick up ride waited over 25 minutes for other passengers, was only supposed to be 5 minutes. Then went to another location to pick them up. The ride back after Coco Bongo was just as bad. Had to aak around foe the vehiclw becauae it wasn't clearly marked. Then had to wait 30 minutes for departure, which now included 8 people that were not supposed to be on our vehicle.

Everything went smoothly from the pick up at the hotel to getting into Coco Bongo! Make sure to bring ID as well. VIP experience was well worth it for our bachelorette group.

My husband and I would recommend this experience! My husband says this was his favorite outing that we did during our one week stay. The transportation arrived on time and the bus was very comfortable. The wait time to enter the show was not too bad. The main line was veryyy long, so I'm glad we purchased these "Skip the Line" tickets. I would just recommend not sitting on either end. That is where the speakers are and where we ended up sitting, and our ears were ringing for days. Our waiter was very attentive and kept our drinks coming.

Disappointing start to night out as didn’t get picked up from hotel - but they arranged a taxi - so tried hard to rectify their mistake. Coco bongo is a brilliant night out. Book seats unless you are young and party animals!

The show was phenomenal and the staff was some of the best and helpful people I ever met, I went to the show on crutches cause of a broken ankle 1week before trip and the staff helped me get to and from the restroom and catered to me every which way they could best show I’ve ever seen…. Look out Vegas I believe they giving you a run for your money

Got screwed over

Didn't get to go, thanks to the tour operators who screwed us over. They didn't give us a pick up time until 6 minutes beforehand. Needless to say we missed our bus. Takes 10 min to get to the lobby area.

Base on reveiws i was a little afraid to purchase through the app but i am GLAD I DID, This the definition of do it yourself and see the results!! We did not take up the offer to be picked up and dropped home because we had a rental car but i wish we did!! The show was sooo amazing !! And the process was so easy , i definitely would do this again

Gold member ticket was well worth the price. Skipping the line and having a seat when needed was nice. Also most of the show is up on an elevated stage where being in the seated areas gave you better views as well.

Had a great time, we went for gold & glad we did. Definitely worth a visit. 2 little annoyances is this listing says guaranteed queue skipping. This is untrue, you just wait in a slightly shorter queue. Bottle girls are borderline harassing selling $5 shots. It didn't spoil the night or anything though. Would go again

The show was fun, lively, and enjoyable to watch. Drinks were slow to get at first, but once our server got to everyone in our section it was pretty regular. One downside was that we chose the upgraded tickets thinking you got two seats at a small table, but it is a tiny stool at a long table. We were pretty packed, you have to ask people next to you to move if you need to use the restroom. I am not sure if the upgrade was worth it

This experience was well worth the money!! The general line was super long!!!! The gold member ticket put us in a line for maybe 10 minutes where as the other line can take up to an hour or more. We walked in got escorted to our reserved seating and they started serving drinks immediately and they kept them coming!! We never had to get up to go to the crowded bar. The place was PACKED!!! We went in a Sunday. We partied with the people in the reserved area and had great seats for the show!!! I would definitely do the gold member ticket again!!

Great performances and showmanship. You tell the performers love their job and it shows. Amazing talent. Worth visiting and upgrading to gold member if it fits your budget. Early access, seating up high, and a very tentative server. Overall it was a great experience.

Sooo...the good part. The absolute DID skip the HUGE line and were able to sit down and enjoy the show. We WERE offered drinks, but did NOT drink them. That part is valid and if that's all you want them DEFINITELY upgrade to the Gold package!! However... We were NOT able to get in touch with the driver so we had to Uber there and back. We were NOT guided to our seats by a waiter... It was just a guy that tried to seat is in the worst places. We walked to 2 different levels, back and forth until we INSISTED on sitting. The waiter eventually brought us 2 drinks, when we asked that they were he didn't tell us just moved on. We didn't see him again for another 3 hours... When we tasted the drinks they were TERRIBLE!! One sip-all night. 3 hours later he came back and we told him we didn't like it. We told him what we wanted and he came back with something different. We asked him again what it was and he said, trust me "... Yeah no. We stayed for 3 hours of the show then decided to leave. I read the reviews of other guests that purchased the Gold and was happy to spend $350 on our last night of our Anniversary vacation. THIS WAS NOT OUR EXPERIENCE!!! I'd HATE to say we were discriminated against because we are black, because I cannot imagine why OUR experience was so different. So this is my feedback. Expect to skip the line and to sit down for the show. If you want more than that then there's a CHANCE you'll be disappointed. If that's good enough for you (because the line is REALLY long and standing up that long is did not look fun) them definitely get the gold pass. But for me, it was definitely a waste!!
