I think is a good overall value for the costs. Communication was good, specially on the day of tour. We opted to just meet up directly with our guides, rather then be picked up. The journey to and from the island, does take a good amount of time. I would say around 4hrs, including boarding and de boarding. Did not have any problems with tour operators. Food and drinks at the island were okay. Not frills there. But again, taking into consideration cost. Is a good trade off.

We had a reservation with a tour company through your company. We were told to be at the lobby for 7am, which we were. Your tour arrived 45 minutes late with no apologies. There was no communication ahead of time so I reached out the night before over WhatsApp which the tour company corresponds through, no response back. Also, we noticed that the customers who reserved through the hotel got a better deal ($100 less then we paid) and better service. Once we were on the island it was beautiful, however much to short. On our way back to the hotel we were the only ones who were not driven to the lobby, we were literally stopped on the main road and told to get off on the main road, in the dark.

Pick ups take 3 hours Half hour waiting for the boat On the catamaran for an hour 20min at blue lagoon Back on the catamaran for 30min At Saona beach for an hour Food is good 3 hour transport back Little disorganised and very loud music on boat but we had a good time

We booked this excursion on August 10th. We were excited to visit the island. They told us they would pick us up at 08:00 and they arrived at 08:30, then we crossed from Bahiabe by speedboat. We stopped to swim before reaching Saona Island where we had lunch and swam On the shore there were several boats from different companies. After giving orders, the guide called people to leave. We left immediately. We were waiting for the shore of the beach. The guide never looked for us and they left without us! We had to return with another company that had another name We notified the operator that we had contracted and he said he would call the guide no one apologized to us Because of the scare we went through, not very professional. Viatour already knew that he agreed with us and will reimburse us 50%

Pick up and drop off included, can be a little of a hassle but not bad at all. You know you are getting to your destination safe. Francisco was a great guide providing information in 4 languages! Lunch was provided and had an enjoyable time! Worth it for the price!

Saona Beach was nice. Food was very good from the locals. It was disorganized. There was confusion to what boat to get on and to what group we were suppose to follow. Wish it was a better organized. The pick up and drop was long.

The boat rides to and from the island were the best part of the trip. The island is beautiful, but, not really anything to do but swim and lay out. Also, the ad for this trip said they would be serving alcoholic beverages. They do not. There is none on the boat or the island. I noticed many people brought their own. I wish I would have known this in advance. Lastly, the food served was so so. I don't really care about that part. So, not a huge deal to me. Overall....it was very nice.

Hello Karen, as I am sorry that your experience has been affected by the lack of alcoholic beverages, but some people have died in the country due to the consumption of adulterated alcohol and the government has suspended the consumption of beverages in all tourist activities, if we violate this provision we run the risk of a fine, some customers will pay for all their responsibility. Das Beste war die Fahrt mit dem Speedboat und die Ankunft auf Saona Island. Es hat viele andere Touristen dort, aber verteilt sich relativ gut, weil es einen sehr langen Strand gibt. Das Mittagessen war auch gut. Die Rückfahrt auf dem Katamaran hat sich etwas gezogen und für mich hätte auch eine Rückfahrt auf dem Speedboat gereicht.
