No fun

We were supposed to be picked up at 12 noon, and never did. Heard nothing from NO one until after 1 pm, and we had already left to do something else. Still waiting for a refund

We had an awesome day! Super fun! The guides were great, safe and friendly. Our driver Jarly was fantastic…super nice and had a great time chatting with him enroute back to the hotel. Highly recommend this excursion and if you can ask for Jarly! You’ll have a great time!

Nice activity but long ride getting there

We were picked up at our resort by the driver on time(8:30am) & headed to the zip line park. After driving about 30 min., it seemed the driver had no idea where he was going. He pulled over & we asked him & he said he needed the navigation. He entered an address and he still didn't find it. He had to call someone and after another 15 min. he took us to the location. The actual activity was fine but the extra time being lost was not pleasant.

This was a lot of fun but 4 stars because there weren’t many lines. But good enough since it was our first time and the lines were easy. It was a bit disorganized trying to figure out the pick up time and location prior to the actual start time. Too much down time with cigar tour. But we loved our driver Osiris who was awesome and made the day so much better and why this will get 4 stars.

The group we were paired up with was too large. It took way too long to do each course. My biggest complaint was that there was no water available. I have done many zip line excursions and there have always been water stations available. Our friend got very ill and could not finish the courses because of over heating with no water and waiting so long.

Our driver was great, the experience was short and sweet. Exactly what we needed! There are 6-7 lines, the employees were very helpful and also took a lot of pictures for us.

Four of us had a great time zip lining. My 12 yr old was a little nervous but none of the platforms were too high and none of the zip lines were too long. She calls it the highlight of our trip.

They picked us up on time and brought us to a ziplining place where we were able to do about 7-8 lines. I really enjoyed that we were the only people at the place. After ziplining, our driver brought us to a place where we were able to get souvenirs. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this excursion if you’re looking for a quick ziplining adventure.

This is a great fun and quick excursion! We were pickup on time, taken to a cigar place, then to ziplining. We did 7 ropes and the whole excursion was about 2.5-3 hrs. I recommend this is you want to just do ziplining and only want a quick excursion.

Ok so this place gets a 0 out of 10! The driver Carlos was great! When I got to the place (about a 45 min ride) I was the only customer there. The operators were not friendly and rushed me through all the lines like they had something better to do. All in all bad experience, I would not suggest anyone visit here. Take another tour

Zip lining for beginners.... fun and safe!

This was a smaller park and it was not crowded on the day we went. I found there were some wasps or hornets that were nesting in some of the pipes that made the towers that you climb to use the lines. I was nervous to get stung since I am allergic. The line guys were safe and friendly. It was fun for first time zip lining. Beware of the selling. Tour starts with a "cigar making tour" which was interesting, but mostly we were brought there for us to buy in their shops..... everything is over priced! Bargain bargain bargain. They also sell pictures but after spending money in the shops beforehand we only had a small amount of $ left. They wanted 80$ for loading their pictures on your phone..... Not going to happen...... again bargain bargain bargain! I love punta cana, but its all a money making tourist trap unfortunately. After bargaining for the pictures, the dumb ass threesome behind us paid full asking price plus left a 50$ tip. Because of this, this is what they expect now from the rich Americans/Europeans.... but the service does not improve. I know this is a poor country, but the service you get is not a 50$ tip. And downloading pics from a camera is definitely not worth 80$. Yes its vacation but being nickeled and dimed the whole time after paying thousands for your entire trip isn't fun. I thought what I paid was a fair price, and I left a 10$ tip after paying 134$ for the 2 of us. They did provide water and soda! Overall it was fun for my friend who was a beginner. But my friend loved the zip lining for her first time.

Ca 4 Stunden wurden angeboten und 6 Ziplines. Es waren 2 stunden und 15 minuten inklusive transfer, und auch nur 4 Ziplines die man ein mal nutzen durfte. Für einen Preis von 66 $ völlig überteuert. Ansonsten waren die Zipline,s sehr gut.
