    Your driver NEVER SHOWED! I ASK FOR A FULL REFUND! Left looking for this driver for 1 hour then gave up!

    Please be aware that you may be approached by individuals trying to sell you other transportation services at the airport. It is important not to engage in conversation with them, as they will try to mislead you about our driver not being there or having just left. Once you have picked up your luggage, you may walk straight out of the airport to meet your driver. They will be waiting for you at the end of the exit hall holding a sign with your name and the company's logo on it.

    The initial job of trying to find my transportation was a little overwhelming. I was told there would be someone there with my name but there was not. I tried calling different numbers I was given but nobody answered. Luckily I knew what company we were riding with and was able to find someone from that company. They were able to direct me to where I needed to go. Everything else went smooth.

    Waited an hour on arrive for transport & waited 30 mins late for pickup. No communication as I wrote for constantly checking in & confirming .hard to see pickup sign as it was on the ground & no complimentary beverages offered like other transporters.

    When we arrived at the airport we had issues with the E-Ticket and were delayed in meeting the driver. It all got worked out however and we had a pleasant ride to the resort. The driver even stopped and purchased drinks for us and it was much appreciated! We will definitely book with Viator again.
