Good service although the confirmation email was confusing ref the time to be at the coach. I had to get my hotel to ring to clarify. Maybe work on the wording - otherwise a great service

Very efficient. Best price. The busses run on time. Driver very friendly and polite. Easy to access tickets. I booked for 2 pm bus but wanted to take early. They managed and adjusted me on the earlier bus. I would recommend to use this service to and from airport.

Nice comfortable bus with WiFi and USB charging. The ticket emailed to is didn’t make it clear that the service was being provided by Gray Line and there are a lot of different buses at the station (btw, terminal has a bar and nice indoor and outdoor seating). So don’t expect anyone to come in and announce they are they or they are leaving. We had a reservation for 4p but got there just before 2p and were allowed to ride. Don’t know if that OSS always the case but that’s what happened with us. Recommended— best price at the time we were looking.

I did not make it due to the discrepancy on the website as it said 7 when I booked but actually took off at 630am. Also it didn't provide me the address until after I had already paid and checked out with the ticket so I wouldn't have bought this had I known the address upfront. Really unhappy and asked for a refund which was initially denied.
