We were never picked up and had to make last minute plans to take a taxi to the airport. Very unreliable.

Highly recommend taking a different bus service. Avoid

The bus service did not pick me up and I nearly missed my flight (ended up taking a taxi after waiting outside for over 90mins) and refuses to give me a refund for a service that I did not receive.

Waving good bye

Waving goodbye to our coach as he stopped for 3 secinds then drove off. We carried on building our snowman. The next coach driver reluctantly took us but made it clear we were no on his list. Apart from that no really problems, got to the airport on time.

Bus never picked us up.

I feel I should get a refund for return transportation bc the bus never picked us up. We had to take a taxi which cost us 180.00 American dollars

I reserved a hotel transport from our hotel to the International airport for 2pm. A voucher was stating pick-up at 2pm. We were ready and waiting at 1:45. We waited until 2:15 and then had the Hotel reception call number on voucher. We were told the shuttle came at 1;30 and we missed it and they could not pick us up until 3pm. That would not work because it is a 45 minute ride to airport and we had an international flight leaving at 5pm. We had no other option that to take a taxi for $150. NOWHERE on the voucher or emails confirming did it say pick-up was at 1:30, and when I requested a refund, I was denied. After booking MANY tours through Viator, I will seriously reconsider choosing them after this experience.

Awful awful awful. I booked a collection time for 7am for my wife and I and our 3 children to Keflavik from Reykjavik, In the small print it states you have to be there 30 mins before departure time ie 06.30. All the Viator documentation states 7am pick up and the confirmation states 7.00 am until 07.45. Do not use this service. The taxi then cost me £200 for the connection to the airport after the £114 via Viator and gray line Iceland.

Bus left us stranded at 0500 hours

The bus left early and we missed it. It was a 0500 departure and we arrived at 0447 as the bus was driving off. We called and they would only put us on the next one which was too late for us to catch our flight. Had to order 3 taxis since there was 8 of us. Cost us $600 US dollars. Will not recommend this one. The other 2 we had booked were fine. We should be refunded

Best possible way to get to and from the airport. I learned the hard way and took a taxi to my hotel, 160.00us. They do not have uber or lift. This shuttle runs @ 40us and drops you at the door right on time as well.

Don’t take this bus or bye this from viator. It never showed up and Viator would not give me a refund. Just show up to the main bus station and buy a ticket on the spot.

Relatively easy transfer. Signage on all of these buses is always a challenge, but pick up at Bus Stop 6 and devliery to the main bus terminal... change to big bus to airport. Easy drop off.

There was a problem with my return bus from Reykjevik.

You booked me on FlyBus from airport to Reykjavik, which was fine. The return was on a Greyline Bus. The FlyBus dropped me at stop 9, about 100 feet from my hotel. The return bus on Greyline gave me a unable to locate pickup point about 1 mile from my hotel. Luckily I tried to find the pickup point early on the day of departure. I was unable to get an answer on the local phone number, but was able to get my hotel receptionist to call and change the pickup point to the one next to the hotel. If I had not earlier tried to find the pickup point, I would have probably either missed my flight or had to get a taxi to the airport.

We can see that your pick up location was updated to Bus Stop 9 the day prior and the transfer you have booked with us was operated on schedule and as booked. The transfer operator (Gray Line) was great and accommodating, but the booking process with Viator appears to have a glitch in it. We were staying in a VRBO rental so when booking the transfer to the airport, I knew that I could not use a pick-up point. Being aware of the downtown 'stops' used by tour operators, I indicated that we would make our way to the City Hall pick-up point. It is where we picked up our Golden Circle tour and where we had been dropped off when we arrived. Knowing that tour operators don't stop at specific hotels for traffic flow reasons, I highlighted the option to make my way to a stop. But because I did not also indicate hotel pick-up - which then makes you choose a pick up spot, the booking I received back indicated I had not chosen a pick-up spot. The Gray Line sales office was also near our rental, so I walked over in the morning and the very helpful staff member adjusted by booking so that I would be on the roster for pick-up at city hall. If you know you'll be picked up at a bus stop, it is not intuitive to select pick-up and then choose a bus stop. If I wasn't paying attention, we would not have been on the driver's list for Bus stop #1 for what was a standing room only bus with no back compartment for luggage.

I was nervous about the bus arriving in the residential area where we were staying to pick us up, but they did, and on time. It was easy and seamless. Greyline picked us up in a small bus and we transferred to a larger one. Then it was straight to the terminal.
